Ohio

To amend section 1503.35 and to enact section 131.52 of the Revised Code regarding federal mineral royalty payments.

To support the use of state owned land in Chillicothe for a new Veterans Administration National cemetery.

To amend sections 2305.01, 2307.80, 2315.18, 2315.21, 2323.43, 2744.05, and 3345.40 of the Revised Code to increase the dollar caps on noneconomic damages and punitive or exemplary damages in civil actions and to provide a procedure for the Department of Taxation to make annual adjustments of those caps based on the consumer price index.

To amend section 5747.98 and to enact section 5747.74 of the Revised Code to create an income tax credit for employers that provide a childbirth bonus and to name this act the Baby Bonus Act.

To amend section 2151.421 of the Revised Code to make elected officials mandatory reporters of child abuse and neglect.

To amend section 5164.16 of the Revised Code to make changes to the law regarding Medicaid reimbursement for hospice providers.

To establish the 'A HAND UP' pilot program, to designate this act as the Actionable Help And New Dignity for Upward Progression (A HAND UP) Act, and to make an appropriation.

To amend sections 3773.33, 3773.34, 3773.35, 3773.36, 3773.37, 3773.38, 3773.39, 3773.40, 3773.41, 3773.42, 3773.421, 3773.43, 3773.45, 3773.51, 3773.52, 3773.53, 3773.54, 3773.55, 3773.56, 3773.57, 3773.59, 4771.02, 4771.05, 4771.07, 4771.08, 4771.09, 4771.10, 4771.11, 4771.12, 4771.13, 4771.14, 4771.16, 4771.18, 4771.21, 4771.22, and 4771.23 of the Revised Code to place the Ohio Athletics Commission within the Department of Commerce, to modify the Commission's functions, and to make an appropriation.

Summoning the Honorable Ted N. Berry, Judge of the Hamilton County Municipal Court, to appear before the General Assembly and show cause why he should not be removed from office under Article IV, Section 17 of the Ohio Constitution.

To amend Section 381.10 of H.B. 96 of the 136th General Assembly to increase appropriations for the Campus Student Safety Grant Program for the biennium ending June 30, 2027.

To amend sections 1321.02, 1321.07, and 1321.141 of the Revised Code for the purpose of revising the Small Loan Act.

To amend sections 4501.01 and 4503.10 of the Revised Code to eliminate the additional registration fee applicable to hybrid motor vehicles.

To enact section 5162.09 of the Revised Code to prohibit the payment of Medicaid funds to certain abortion providers.

To amend sections 1731.04, 1751.01, 1751.06, 1751.12, 1751.18, 1751.58, 1751.69, 3902.50, 3922.01, 3923.57, 3923.571, 3923.85, 3924.01, 3924.02, 3924.03, 3924.033, 3924.51, and 4125.041 and to enact sections 3902.55, 3902.56, 3902.57, and 3902.58 of the Revised Code regarding health insurance premiums and benefits and to name this act the Fair Access to Medical Insurance for Local Youth and Families (FAMILY) Act.

To amend section 4501.21 and to enact section 4503.742 of the Revised Code to create the "COSI" specialty license plate.

To enact sections 3902.65, 4765.362, and 5164.11 of the Revised Code to establish community paramedicine programs and to require insurance coverage for services provided under those programs.

To amend sections 3902.50 and 3902.70; to amend, for the purpose of adopting a new section number as indicated in parentheses, section 3902.72 (3902.75); and to enact new section 3902.72 of the Revised Code to prohibit drug manufacturers from taking certain actions regarding reimbursements made to 340B covered entities.

To urge the 119th Congress to introduce and pass legislation similar to the Stop Our Scourge Act of 2023, directing the Secretary of Homeland Security to designate illicit fentanyl as a weapon of mass destruction.

To amend section 5503.02 of the Revised Code to expand the jurisdiction of the State Highway Patrol, including providing security for the Lieutenant Governor and for gubernatorial candidates, to make an appropriation, and to declare an emergency.

To enact section 5.2324 of the Revised Code to designate October 4th as "Henrietta Lacks Day."

To enact section 5534.444 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of State Route 53 in Wyandot County as the "Deputy Sheriff Daniel Kin Memorial Highway."

To recognize the 250th anniversary of the United States Postal Service, to express appreciation for its enduring service, and to support continued efforts to ensure the long-term strength, efficiency, and accessibility of the United States Postal Service.

To amend sections 3709.29 and 5705.23 of the Revised Code to authorize a taxing authority to decline to submit a requested library levy or general health district levy to voters.

To enact section 5.2324 of the Revised Code to designate February 4 as Thaddeus Kościuszko Day.
