Prohibit certain clauses from conservancy district contracts

To enact section 6101.162 of the Revised Code to prohibit a conservancy district's board of directors from including certain provisions, such as an indemnification clause, in a contract for the procurement of goods or services.

Regards DoDD authority re: community capital assistance funds

To amend section 5123.351 of the Revised Code regarding the authority of the Department of Developmental Disabilities to adopt rules regarding the use of community capital assistance funds.

Require appointed police chief to complete officer basic training

To amend sections 109.77 and 737.15 and to enact sections 505.496 and 737.053 of the Revised Code to require an individual appointed as a chief of police to complete a peace officer basic training program.

Limit certain public record requests; allow contractor response

To amend section 149.43 of the Revised Code to restrict harassing or disruptive public records requests and permit private contractors to respond to voluminous public records requests.

Enact the Reagan Tokes and Patrick Heringer Act

To amend sections 2929.141, 2929.34, 2935.10, 2935.11, 5120.021, 5120.038, 5589.21, and 5589.211 of the Revised Code to enact the Reagan Tokes and Patrick Heringer Act to require certain warrants to be entered into LEADS, to require GPS monitoring of offenders released from prison, and to modify T-CAP requirements.

Urge Congress to implement a zero-based budgeting process

To urge the United States Congress to implement a zero-based budgeting process.

Require the use of zero-based budgeting every ten years

To amend sections 107.03, 126.02, 126.13, and 126.27 and to enact sections 126.025 and 126.026 of the Revised Code to require the use of zero-based budgeting in the development of the state budget.

Regards registered veterinary technician authority

To amend section 4741.19 and to enact section 4741.191 of the Revised Code to establish procedures that allow a registered veterinary technician to establish an assess and treat relationship on behalf of a veterinarian to dispense and administer vaccines and antiparasitic medication to a shelter dog or cat.

Urge Congress to enact the Ohio River Restoration Program Act

To urge the Congress of the United States to enact the Ohio River Restoration Program Act to bring clean water, enhanced fish and aquatic wildlife, economic benefits, expanded recreation opportunities, and public health protections to Ohio.

Issue medical marijuana processor cultivation, dispensary license

To amend sections 3796.01 and 3796.21 and to enact section 3796.25 of the Revised Code to issue paired cultivator and dispensary licenses to certain medical marijuana processors.

Enact V.J.'s Law

To amend sections 2151.421 and 2151.99 of the Revised Code to enact V.J.'s Law to require health care professionals to report child abuse or neglect to both a peace officer and the public children services agency.

Regards publicly funded child care, the Child Care Cred Program

To amend sections 5104.01, 5104.30, 5104.32, 5104.34, 5104.38, and 5104.53 and to enact sections 5104.321 and 5104.45 of the Revised Code to revise the law governing the publicly funded child care program.

Revise the household sewage treatment system law

To amend sections 3701.83, 3718.02, 3718.021, 3718.03, 3718.06, 3718.11, 6111.44, and 6111.441 of the Revised Code to make changes to the law governing household sewage treatment systems.

Enact Katelyn's Law

To amend sections 2152.17, 2901.13, 2927.01, and 2929.14 and to enact sections 2921.322 and 2941.1427 of the Revised Code to enact Katelyn's Law to create an offense and specification related to moving or removing human remains, to provide that the offense has no statute of limitations, and to modify the offense of abuse of a corpse.

Enact the Clinical Teaching Subsidy Reform Act

To enact section 3333.89 of the Revised Code to enact the Clinical Teaching Subsidy Reform Act regarding the state university clinical teaching subsidy.

Regulate ticket sales

To enact sections 1345.53 and 1345.54 of the Revised Code to regulate ticket sales.

Enact the Rental Home Marketplace Guarantees Act

To enact section 3905.427 of the Revised Code to enact the Rental Home Marketplace Guarantees Act.

Regards SUDEP, epilepsy license designation, disability database

To amend sections 3304.23, 4507.06, 4507.13, 4507.51, and 4507.52 and to enact sections 313.133, 3701.1311, and 3705.081 of the Revised Code regarding sudden unexpected death in epilepsy and to allow a person with epilepsy to enroll in the Disability Database and have an epilepsy designation on the person's driver's license or state ID.

Urge Congress accelerate deployment of new energy infrastructure

To urge Congress to enact reforms to federal permitting policies to accelerate deployment of new energy infrastructure.

Include maple syrup, maple product production to agriculture law

To amend sections 1.61, 303.01, 519.01, 901.511, 929.01, 1311.55, 1729.01, 5501.50, and 5713.30 of the Revised Code to expressly include the cultivation of trees to produce maple syrup and maple products in the laws relating to agriculture.

Regards police escorts for farm equipment, agricultural vehicles

To amend sections 4511.051 and 4513.34 and to enact section 4513.341 of the Revised Code regarding police escorts for farm equipment and vehicles that haul agricultural equipment and produce and the operation of farm equipment and machinery on limited access highways and freeways.

Create the Ohio International Trade Commission

To enact sections 122.67 and 122.671 of the Revised Code to create the Ohio International Trade Commission.

Enact Amanda Dean's Law

To amend section 2927.01 of the Revised Code to enact Amanda Dean's Law to increase the penalties for abuse of a corpse.

Require US-produced iron, steel be used on state-funded projects

To amend sections 153.011, 153.99, 3333.071, and 5525.21 of the Revised Code to require iron or steel that is produced in the United States be used on projects supported by state funds.

Designate Cleveland Police Officer Jamieson Ritter Memorial Hwy

To enact section 5534.974 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of U.S. Route 322 in Cleveland as the "Cleveland Police Officer Jamieson Ritter Memorial Highway."
