To amend sections 3313.48 and 3313.603 and to enact section 3301.96 of the Revised Code to permit students to use club sports or other athletic activity to fulfill the high school physical education requirement and regarding recess time for K-8 students.

License and regulate the practice of naturopathic medicine

To amend sections 109.572, 4731.07, 4731.071, 4731.224, 4731.2210, 4731.24, 4731.25, 4731.251, 4776.01, and 4776.20 and to enact sections 4789.02, 4789.03, 4789.04, 4789.05, 4789.06, 4789.07, 4789.08, 4789.09, 4789.10, 4789.11, 4789.12, and 4789.99 of the Revised Code to license and regulate the practice of naturopathic medicine.

Clarify only natural persons have the right to vote

To amend section 3503.01 of the Revised Code to clarify only natural persons have the right to vote.

Regards PACE program site expansion

To amend section 173.503 and to repeal section 173.502 of the Revised Code regarding site expansion and timely enrollment for the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).

Allow physician with revoked license to apply for reinstatement

To enact section 4731.2211 of the Revised Code to authorize a physician whose license was revoked to apply for reinstatement.

Form Missing Women-Black, Indigenous, People of Color task force

To enact section 2901.44 of the Revised Code to create the Task Force on Missing Women and Girls who are Black, Indigenous, or People of Color.

Make various changes to the consumer installment loan law

To amend sections 1321.02, 1321.62, 1321.63, 1321.631, 1321.632, 1321.64, 1321.643, 1321.644, 1321.65, 1321.651, 1321.66, 1321.663, 1321.665, 1321.666, 1321.67, 1321.673, 1321.674, 1321.69, 1321.691, 1321.70, and 1321.701; to amend, for the purpose of adopting a new section number as indicated in parentheses, section 1321.702 (1321.703); and to enact new section 1321.702 of the Revised Code to make various changes to the consumer installment loan law.

Designate Col. George A. Martin Memorial Highway

To enact section 5534.156 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of I-70 in Franklin County as the "Col. George A. Martin Memorial Highway."

Regards hospital-wide nursing care comm., nursing staffing plans

To amend sections 3727.50, 3727.51, 3727.52, 3727.55, and 3727.56; to enact new section 3727.53 and section 4123.293; and to repeal sections 3727.53 and 3727.54 of the Revised Code to revise the law governing hospital-wide nursing care committees and hospital nursing services staffing plans.

Enact the Electricity Forecast Integrity Act

To amend section 4935.04 of the Revised Code to amend the requirements for long-term forecast reports and to name the act the Electricity Forecast Integrity Act.

Regards custody interference, missing children, certain call data

To amend section 2919.23 and to enact sections 2929.45, 4927.25, 4927.26, 4927.27, 4927.28, 4927.29, and 5502.55 of the Revised Code to enact the Kelsey Smith Act to modify the law governing interference with custody, to require wireless service providers to provide call location information to law enforcement in certain emergency situations, and to create an endangered missing child alert.

Establish age verification, parental consent for apps, developers

To amend section 1345.51 and to enact sections 1349.07, 1349.071, 1349.072, 1349.073, and 1349.074 of the Revised Code to establish age verification requirements for software applications.

Enact the Airspace Protection Act

To amend sections 4561.01, 4561.021, 4561.05, 4561.06, 4561.08, 4561.09, 4561.11, 4561.12, 4561.14, 4561.15, 4561.31, 4561.32, 4561.33, 4561.34, 4561.341, 4561.35, 4561.36, 4561.37, 4561.38, 4561.39, 4561.99, 4563.01, 4563.03, 4563.031, 4563.032, 4563.04, 4563.05, 4563.06, 4563.07, 4563.08, 4563.09, 4563.10, 4563.11, 4563.12, 4563.13, 4563.16, 4563.18, 4563.20, 4563.21, and 4906.10; to enact section 4561.40; and to repeal section 4561.30 of the Revised Code to make changes to the laws regarding navigable airspace and to name this act the Airspace Protection Act.

Enact the Ohio Right to Compute Act

To enact section 9.89 of the Revised Code to limit further regulation of certain computational systems, require risk management policies for AI-controlled critical infrastructure, and to name this act the Ohio Right to Compute Act.

Allow water system to use point-of-use, point-of-entry treatment

To enact section 6109.041 of the Revised Code to allow a public water system to use point-of-use and point-of-entry treatment devices in certain circumstances.

Enact the Ohio Religious Freedom Restoration Act

To enact section 9.51 of the Revised Code to provide for the preservation of religious freedom and to name this act the Ohio Religious Freedom Restoration Act.

Require names submitted by BMV be included on the jury list

To amend section 2313.06 of the Revised Code to require names submitted by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles to be included on the annual jury source list.

Modify laws governing the Board of Nursing, nursing professionals

To amend sections 109.71, 3129.01, 3313.5310, 3333.28, 3701.69, 3701.92, 3701.921, 3705.01, 3705.30, 3707.58, 3721.011, 3728.01, 4503.44, 4723.01, 4723.063, 4723.18, 4723.181, 4723.28, 4723.34, 4723.35, 4723.36, 4723.43, 4723.431, 4723.47, 4723.481, 4723.482, 4723.483, 4723.493, 4723.52, 4723.66, 4723.67, 4723.69, 4731.297, and 5122.10 and to repeal sections 3701.923, 3701.924, 3701.925, 3701.926, 3701.927, and 3701.929 of the Revised Code to modify the laws governing a Board of Nursing advisory body for advanced practice registered nurses and to make various corrections in other laws pertaining to the Board and the professionals it regulates.

Regards adult protective services provided by county JFS

To enact section 5101.72 of the Revised Code regarding adult protective services provided by county departments of job and family services.

Create Workforce Investment Now (WIN) Child Care pilot program

To create the Workforce Investment Now (WIN) for Child Care pilot program to provide publicly funded child care to child care staff members and to make an appropriation.

Regards disposal of self-service storage property and liability

To amend sections 5322.03 and 5322.06 of the Revised Code to authorize self-service storage facility owners to dispose of property in expired storage spaces and to modify the threshold of liability relating to said spaces.

Enact the Better Access to Health Care Act

To amend sections 1751.67, 2133.211, 3313.539, 3707.511, 3727.06, 3923.233, 3923.301, 3923.63, 3923.64, 4723.01, 4723.02, 4723.06, 4723.07, 4723.24, 4723.28, 4723.36, 4723.41, 4723.42, 4723.43, 4723.431, 4723.44, 4723.46, 4723.481, 4723.482, 4723.483, 4723.493, 4723.50, 4731.27, 4761.17, and 5164.07; to enact section 4723.439; and to repeal sections 4723.45 and 5164.73 of the Revised Code to modify the laws governing the practice of advanced practice registered nurses and to name this act the Better Access to Health Care Act.

Enact the Promised Land Act

To amend sections 5725.38, 5725.98, 5726.61, 5726.98, 5729.21, 5729.98, 5747.86, and 5747.98 and to enact section 122.841 of the Revised Code to authorize a nonrefundable, transferable tax credit for charitable organizations that construct student housing or owner-occupied housing and to name this act the Promised Land Act.

Regards watercraft dealers and warranty service repair work

To enact section 1547.85 of the Revised Code regarding watercraft dealers and warranty service repair work.

Regards animal abuse offenses and penalties

To amend sections 109.79, 955.54, 955.99, 959.131, 959.99, 2921.321, and 2929.18 and to enact sections 955.55, 955.56, and 955.57 of the Revised Code to prohibit the abuse of a companion animal corpse, to prohibit an animal abuse offender from owning a companion animal in certain circumstances, and to establish mandatory fines for violations of an animal abuse offense.
