To enact section 9.71 of the Revised Code to disallow companies associated with certain foreign countries from receiving state or local economic incentives and to name this act the Ohio Business Investment Act.

Enact the Data Center Accountability and Citizen Protection Act

To amend section 9.66 and to enact sections 3744.01, 3744.02, 3744.03, 3744.04, 3744.041, 3744.042, 3744.05, 3744.06, 3744.061, 3744.062, 3744.07, 3744.08, 3744.09, 3744.10, 3744.11, and 3744.12 of the Revised Code to impose various requirements concerning data centers, to name this act the Data Center Accountability and Citizen Protection Act, and to declare an emergency.

To amend sections 4925.02, 4925.03, 4925.04, and 4925.07 and to enact sections 4925.11, 4925.12, and 4925.99 of the Revised Code to revise the law governing transportation network companies and to name this act the Rideshare Sexual Assault Prevention Act.

Regards broadband service infrastructure in a public right-of-way

To enact sections 4927.23, 4927.24, 4927.25, 4927.26, 4927.27, 4927.28, 4939.11, 4939.12, 4939.13, 4939.14, 4939.15, 4939.16, 4939.17, 5547.031, 5547.041, and 5589.101 of the Revised Code regarding broadband internet access service infrastructure located in a public right-of-way.

Regards income tax levied in joint economic development district

To amend section 715.72 of the Revised Code regarding the maximum income tax that can be levied in a joint economic development district.

Allow a tax credit for compensation to skilled trades instructors

To amend sections 5747.98 and 5751.98 and to enact sections 5747.053 and 5751.55 of the Revised Code to authorize a refundable tax credit for compensation paid to skilled trades instructors.

Update the Ohio Coordinate System re: National Spatial References

To amend, for the purpose of adopting new section numbers as indicated in parentheses, sections 157.04 (157.06), 157.05 (157.07), 157.07 (157.08), 157.08 (157.09), and 157.09 (157.10); to enact new sections 157.01, 157.02, 157.03, 157.04, 157.05, and 157.11 and section 157.021; and to repeal sections 157.01, 157.02, 157.03, 157.04, 157.05, 157.06, 157.07, 157.08, 157.09, 157.10, and 157.11 of the Revised Code to update the Ohio Coordinate System to adhere to the National Spatial Reference System.

To amend section 5739.02 of the Revised Code to exempt sales of aircraft to nonresidents from sales tax.

Regards filing false claims with the state, defrauding the state

To enact sections 2749.01, 2749.02, 2749.03, 2749.04, 2749.05, 2749.06, 2749.07, 2749.08, 2749.09, and 2749.10 of the Revised Code regarding filing false or fraudulent claims with the state and defrauding the state of money or property.

Create emergency vehicle access routes across railroads

To enact section 5534.622 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of State Route 421 in Medina County as the "LCpl Richard O. Fisher Memorial Highway."

To amend sections 3313.669, 3314.03, 3326.11, and 5502.263 and to enact section 5502.264 of the Revised Code regarding threat assessment teams and model behavioral threat assessment plans and to make an appropriation.

Allow officer to petition for removal from a Brady-Giglio list

To amend section 149.43 and to enact section 2901.51 of the Revised Code to allow a law enforcement officer to petition the court to remove the officer's name from a prosecutor's Brady-Giglio list.

Prohibit certain health plan issuer pharmacy restrictions

To enact section 3902.78 of the Revised Code to prohibit a health plan issuer from imposing restrictions on pharmacy services that increase transparency and prescription drug access for patients.

Revise the composition of some local boards of health

To amend sections 3709.03 and 3709.07 of the Revised Code to make changes regarding the composition of some local boards of health.

Prevent PUCO from approving utility rate increases for 12 months

To enact section 4909.183 of the Revised Code to prevent the public utilities commission from approving public utility rate increases for twelve months and to declare an emergency.

To enact section 5.2324 of the Revised Code to designate the third week of January as "Security Technician Week."

To amend section 3310.70 of the Revised Code to revise the operation of the Afterschool Child Enrichment (ACE) Educational Savings Account Program and to make an appropriation.

Enact the Joining-Opportunities Business and Schools (JOBS) Act

To amend section 5751.98 and to enact sections 3333.46 and 5751.55 of the Revised Code to enact the Joining-Opportunities Business and Schools (JOBS) Act to authorize and offer tax incentives for qualified education partnerships between institutions of higher education and private employers.

Study the prevalence of cholestatic liver disorders in women

To conduct a study on the prevalence of cholestatic liver disorders in women.
