To amend section 5747.12 and to enact section 5747.124 of the Revised Code to allow garnishment of income tax refunds to pay certain delinquent court costs and fees.

To urge Congress to make changes to the Fair Labor Standards Act to allow a person under 16 years of age to be employed between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. during the school year.

To amend sections 2903.41, 2905.01, 2905.02, 2905.32, and 2971.03 of the Revised Code to enact the Human Trafficking Prevention Act to increase the penalty for human trafficking of a minor or person with a developmental disability, kidnapping, and abduction.

To amend section 1321.21 and to enact sections 1320.01, 1320.02, 1320.03, 1320.04, 1320.05, 1320.06, 1320.07, 1320.08, 1320.09, and 1320.10 of the Revised Code to regulate the provision of earned wage access services.

To enact section 4963.50 of the Revised Code to give specified local governments the authority to unilaterally approve an encroachment on a railroad company's right-of-way for certain utility work.

To enact section 2307.36 of the Revised Code to codify the elements of the common law cause of action for "piercing the corporate veil."

To amend sections 3721.28, 3721.29, and 3721.30 of the Revised Code to enact the Ohio Dementia Care Training Act for Nurse Aides.

To repeal section 2151.271 of the Revised Code to remove the option for the juvenile court to transfer a proceeding against a juvenile to the county where the juvenile resides.

To recognize the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States Postal Service.

To amend section 5747.98 and to enact section 5747.87 of the Revised Code to authorize an income tax credit for employers that subsidize employee insurance coverage for assisted reproduction.

To enact sections 4933.51, 4933.52, 4933.53, 4933.55, 4933.57, 4933.58, 4933.59, and 4933.60 of the Revised Code to prohibit certain public utilities from recovering political expenditure costs from their customers.

To amend section 3727.08; to amend, for the purpose of adopting a new section number as indicated in parentheses, section 3727.08 (3722.15); and to enact sections 3701.0413, 3702.20, and 5119.335 of the Revised Code to require the Director of Health, hospitals, and urgent care facilities to create domestic violence protocols for certain health care professionals and to name this act the Break the Silence Act.

To enact section 3792.09 of the Revised Code to prohibit discrimination against an individual for the refusal of certain medical interventions for reasons of conscience, including religious convictions, and to name this act the Conscientious Right to Refuse Act.

To amend sections 2923.13 and 2923.14 and to enact section 2923.133 of the Revised Code to prohibit certain conduct regarding trigger cranks, bumpfire devices, and other items that accelerate a semi-automatic firearm's rate of fire but do not convert it into an automatic firearm.

To amend section 5747.98 and to enact section 5747.74 of the Revised Code to create an income tax credit for employers that provide a marriage bonus and to name this act the Invest in Marriage Act.

To urge the United States Department of Justice to expedite work to connect the national crime information center (NCIC) and NamUs databases.

To amend section 4501.21 and to enact section 4503.599 of the Revised Code to establish the "Toledo Mud Hens" license plate.

To enact section 5.267 of the Revised Code to designate November 5th as "Roy Rogers Day."

To enact section 2923.22 of the Revised Code to limit liability for federally licensed firearms dealers in regards to firearm hold agreements
