Establishes a scholarship pilot program for underrepresented Ohio undergraduate students pursuing law school.

The bill establishes the Law Student Encouragement Scholarship Pilot Program to support underrepresented undergraduate students in Ohio who are pursuing admission to law school. The program will provide scholarships of $4,000 per academic year, free test preparation materials, academic support, and LSAT registration. The Ohio State Bar Association will select an initial cohort of ten to twenty students, organize mentoring events, and submit a report on the program's outcomes by January 30, 2028. The program is funded by an appropriation of $350,000 for fiscal years 2026 and 2027.
