Allow wild animal rehab facility to get euthanasia drug permit

To amend sections 4729.01, 4729.36, 4729.531, 4729.532, 4729.54, and 4729.55 of the Revised Code to allow wild animal rehabilitation facilities to receive a limited license to administer euthanasia drugs and to modify the law regarding the use of terms that are limited to pharmacies and pharmacists.

CA: Require identification to vote

Proposing to enact Section 5 of Article V of the Constitution of the State of Ohio to require identification to vote.

Require electronic recordings of all parole board hearings

To amend sections 149.43, 2929.20, 5120.115, 5120.21, 5149.10, and 5149.101 and to enact section 5149.102 of the Revised Code to require electronic recordings to be made of certain parole board hearings, to make electronic recordings of full parole board hearings public records, and to provide the prosecuting attorney access to Department of Rehabilitation and Correction health care records for certain parole and judicial release cases.

Require ODNR discount program for veterans, service members

To amend section 1546.04 of the Revised Code to require the ODNR Chief of the Division of Parks and Watercraft to establish a discount program for veterans and service members for park services and rentals.

Designate EMS week in Ohio

To enact section 5.2322 of the Revised Code to designate the third full week of May as "EMS week in Ohio."

Support American Legion Buckeye Boys State, Buckeye Girls State

To support and encourage the work of the American Legion Buckeye Boys State and the American Legion Auxiliary Buckeye Girls State in providing a premier educational and leadership program to the youth of Ohio.

Regards student use of a nasal epinephrine delivery device

To amend sections 3301.135, 3313.718, 3313.719, 3313.7110, 3313.7111, 3314.141, 3314.143, 3326.28, 3328.24, 3328.29, 3728.01, 4723.483, 4729.01, 4729.51, 4729.513, 4729.541, 4729.88, 4730.433, 4731.96, 4731.961, and 5180.26 and to enact section 4729.262 of the Revised Code to authorize the procurement and emergency use of additional types of epinephrine delivery systems by schools, school districts, and camps.

Regards use of light-based medical devices for hair removal

To amend section 4731.33 and to enact section 4731.331 of the Revised Code to revise the law governing the application of light-based medical devices for the purpose of hair removal.
