Establishes the State Government Efficiency Commission to review and eliminate duplication in state services.

The bill creates the State Government Efficiency Commission to review state government services and eliminate duplication and overlapping functions among state departments. The commission will identify instances of duplication, recommend methods to eliminate or improve services, estimate potential cost savings, and prepare an annual report to the general assembly. The commission consists of seven members: three from the House of Representatives, three from the Senate, and one from the Office of Budget and Management.
