IDAHO DENTAL PLAN TRANSPARENCY ACT -- Adds to existing law to establish the Idaho Dental Plan Transparency Act.

SALES AND USE TAX -- Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding a sales and use tax rebate for certain developers of certain retail complexes.

WEIGHTS AND MEASURES -- Amends existing law to provide certain provisions regarding cash rounding.

ELECTIONS -- Adds to existing law to require certain disclosures by individuals engaged in paid in-person canvassing activities.

EDUCATION -- Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding public charter school earned autonomy.

EDUCATION -- Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding the deposit and distribution of earnings reserve funds.

TAXATION -- Amends existing law to exempt sales to or purchases by the Salvation Army.

JUDGES -- Amends existing law to provide that judges and justices appointed to a judicial vacancy shall not be allowed to stand for election for the same judicial seat in the next election and to provide certain residency requirements for district judges.

REFUGEES -- Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding an audit of the resettlement of refugees.

HOSPITALS -- Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding maternity price transparency and disclosure.

ELECTIONS -- Amends existing law to allow a political party to add qualifications for precinct committeemen.

BALLOT MEASURES -- Amends existing law to require signature gatherers to be qualified electors and to require paid signature gatherers to provide the name of the persons or entities that are paying them on their badge.

DIETITIANS -- Adds to existing law to provide for Idaho's participation in the dietitian licensure compact.

PUBLIC LANDS -- Proposes an amendment to the state constitution regarding state-owned lands.

ELECTIONS -- Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to revise provisions regarding certain election procedures.

FOREIGN ADVERSARIES -- Adds to existing law to require certain governmental entities in Idaho to divest from investments in foreign adversaries.

EDUCATION -- Amends existing law to provide that instructional hours in school districts' and public charter schools' academic year shall not begin prior to the Tuesday following Labor Day.

LEGISLATURE -- Adds to existing law to authorize the Legislature to employ counsel in addition to the Attorney General in actions against the federal government.

WEATHER MODIFICATION -- States findings of the Legislature and requests federal action.

PUBLIC RECORDS ACT -- Amends existing law to provide for the filing of a complaint by a person aggrieved and to revise provisions regarding denial of a request for disclosure.

RULE APPROVAL -- HOUSE TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE -- States findings of the Legislature and provides that all pending rules of the Idaho Transportation Department have been reviewed and approved by the House Transportation Committee with an exception.

CAMPAIGN FINANCE -- Amends existing law to prohibit certain out-of-state persons from making campaign contributions or independent expenditures.

EDUCATION -- Adds to existing law to provide that funds distributed by the state Department of Education for certain purposes shall not be used for other purposes, to provide that misused funds shall be reimbursed to the state, and to provide for a certain deduction.

RULE APPROVAL -- HOUSE EDUCATION COMMITTEE -- States findings of the House of Representatives and provides that all temporary and pending rules of the State Board of Education and the Division of Career Technical Education have been reviewed and approved by the House Education Committee.

FREEDOM OF CHOICE DENTURES ACT -- Amends existing law to adjust fees.
