CAMPAIGN FINANCE -- Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to provide for campaign finance transparency.

CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION ACT -- Amends existing law to revise compliance provisions regarding the Contractor Registration Act.

MOTOR VEHICLE FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY -- Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding appraisals by competent and disinterested appraisers and to establish a dispute resolution process.

PEDIATRIC SECRETIVE TRANSITIONS PARENTAL RIGHTS ACT -- Adds to existing law to establish the Pediatric Secretive Transitions Parental Rights Act.

SHORT-TERM RENTALS -- Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding limitations on the regulation of short-term rentals.

EDUCATION -- Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding requirements for harassment, intimidation, or bullying information and professional development.

UNIFORM CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES -- Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding controlled substances.

EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS -- Adds to existing law to specify certain requirements regarding the use of earned sick leave.

BARBER AND COSMETOLOGY SERVICES -- Amends existing law to provide for the taking of examinations upon completion of eighty percent of education hours.

RULE APPROVAL -- HOUSE REVENUE AND TAXATION COMMITTEE -- States findings of the Legislature and provides that all temporary and pending rules of the Idaho State Tax Commission have been reviewed and approved by the House Revenue and Taxation Committee.

TAXATION -- Adds to existing law to provide for the review and expiration of sales tax exemptions.

PUBLIC UTILITY -- Amends and adds to existing law to provide for new large loads.

EDUCATION -- Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding public charter school admissions.

ASSERTIVE COMMUNITY TREATMENT -- Adds to existing law to provide legislative approval for and to establish provisions regarding assertive community treatment.

BIOMETRIC IDENTIFIERS -- Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding the capture or use of biometric identifiers.

EDUCATION -- States findings of the Legislature and calls on Congress to pass and fully fund legislation that fulfills the 40% federal funding commitment in the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.

VIRTUAL CURRENCY KIOSK FRAUD PREVENTION ACT -- Adds to existing law to establish the Virtual Currency Kiosk Fraud Prevention Act.

CONCEALING, HARBORING, AND SHIELDING ALIENS -- Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding the concealing, harboring, and shielding of aliens.

TRANSPORTATION TAX -- States findings of the Legislature, opposes the neighboring state of Utah imposing an export tax on transportation fuels, and urges Utah to reconsider such tax.

EDUCATION -- Amends existing law to establish provisions regarding public university president searches and to revise provisions regarding certain records.

SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS -- Adds to existing law to provide for an action to enforce state law.

FEDERAL LAND POLICY AND MANAGEMENT ACT -- States findings of the Legislature and requests federal intervention to ensure proper application of FLPMA.

PUBLIC RECORDS ACT -- Amends existing law to provide for the filing of a complaint by a person aggrieved and to revise provisions regarding denial of a request for disclosure.

EDUCATION -- Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding scholarship limitations for certain student athletes at public institutions of higher education.

NATIONAL GUARD -- Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding the Governor's authority regarding active duty combat service of the organized milita.
