Idaho H0732 amends existing law to exempt the Salvation Army from sales and use tax on donations, sales, and purchases. This bill makes technical corrections and declares an emergency, effective July 1, 2026. The Salvation Army, a nonprofit organization, will benefit from this tax exemption, which applies to donations, sales, and purchases made by or to the organization.
