As introduced, requires certain commercial online platforms, websites, and applications to maintain a content moderation system that allows users to report material harmful to minors that is not properly marked or age-restricted; makes other changes related to platform content and minors. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 9 and Title 47, Chapter 18.

As introduced, requires a managed care organization or pharmacy benefits manager that is contracted with the bureau to reimburse a claim for a long-acting injectable drug intended for treatment and prevention of human immunodeficiency virus and administered in a pharmacy, physician's office, clinic, ambulatory surgical treatment center, or hospital. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 56 and Title 71.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 33; Title 38; Title 52 and Title 55, relative to the department of safety.

As introduced, directs the department to develop and design for a driver who has a developmental or intellectual disability a blue envelope and a driver who has a mental illness a green envelope that holds the driver's essential documents, including a driver license, vehicle registration, and contact card. - Amends TCA Title 33; Title 38; Title 52 and Title 55.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 49, relative to remedial education.

As introduced, exempts an LEA or public charter school from having to assign a third-grade student who is not proficient in English language arts a tutor through the Tennessee accelerating literacy and learning corps if the state does not appropriate sufficient funds to allow each LEA and public charter school to provide the required tutoring; conditions the requirement that LEAs participate in the learning loss remediation and student acceleration program on the availability of state appropriations for the program. - Amends TCA Title 49.

As introduced, enacts the "Volunteer Communities Act," which provides an unincorporated association or nonprofit corporation organized primarily to provide mutual support and assistance within a community or neighborhood certain benefits, including franchise and excise, sales, and property tax credits and exemptions, and certain liability, food, and zoning protections for mutual aid activities conducted by the organization. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 9; Title 13, Chapter 7; Title 29; Title 48; Title 53 and Title 67.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4; Title 8; Title 29 and Title 50, relative to employment.

As introduced, enacts the "Workers' Right to Live Act," which places mandatory reporting requirements on employers concerning workplace fatalities and imposes penalties on employers for workplace fatalities that were a result of employer negligence; makes changes related to workers' compensation benefits. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 29 and Title 50.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 63 and Title 68, relative to health care.

As introduced, exempts a nurse who provides home health services to four or less patients from hiring staff or maintaining an office in order to qualify for licensure as a home care organization by the health facilities commission; requires a nurse who does not hire staff or maintain an office to submit a request to the department of health for space at a location deemed appropriate by the department to securely store patient records. - Amends TCA Title 63 and Title 68.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 2, relative to voter registration.

As introduced, requires each county election commission to check each applicant with the systematic alien verification for entitlements (SAVE) program database prior to placing a registrant on the voter rolls in order to ensure non-United States citizens are not registered to vote in the county; requires, at least once each quarter, the county election commission to check the county's entire voter registration list through the SAVE program database to ensure that non-United States citizens are not on the voter rolls in the county. - Amends TCA Title 2.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 66, relative to residential landlord registries.

As introduced, authorizes a municipality to create and require the use of a landlord registry for a real estate investment trust that owns, operates, or finances 10 or more dwelling units located within the municipality. - Amends TCA Title 66.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 63, Chapter 1, Part 9, relative to health care for pregnant patients.

As introduced, enacts the "Maternal Health Care Protection Act," which prohibits the exercise of a healthcare provider's right of conscience under the Medical Ethics Defense Act from allowing the provider to refuse to participate in or pay for pregnancy-related healthcare procedures, treatments, or services that are within the scope of the provider's license and professional obligations; prohibits the exercise of such right from allowing a healthcare institution or healthcare payer to adopt or enforce a policy, guideline, or contractual provision that results in the denial of pregnancy-related healthcare procedures, treatments, or services. - Amends TCA Title 63, Chapter 1, Part 9.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 9 and Title 47, relative to consumer protection.

As introduced, increases, from 30 to 45 days, the amount of time a person who purchases, subscribes to, or receives products, services, or membership in an organization by negotiating an unsolicited negotiable instrument has from the date of the first statement or bill for the purchase, subscription, service, product, or membership to cancel the services, subscription, or membership, or return the product. - Amends TCA Title 9 and Title 47.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39 and Title 55, relative to driving offenses.

As introduced, enacts the "Safe Highways and Roads Enforcement (SHARE) Act," which requires the court to assess an additional fine against a person convicted of a moving traffic violation or driving under the influence of an intoxicant; requires the additional fines be deposited into the state highway fund. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 55.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 49, Chapter 6, relative to searches.

As introduced, allows certain searches of containers, packages, and certain enclosures used for storage by students or visitors to be conducted by a school employee who has been designated by the school principal to conduct such searches and who has completed an orientation and training program developed by the department of education. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 2 and Title 39, Chapter 17, relative to deepfakes in election communications.

As introduced, prohibits a person or entity from distributing an electoral deepfake within 90 days of an election that the person or entity knows or should have known is a deceptive and fraudulent depiction of a candidate or political party; creates civil penalties and outlines exceptions. - Amends TCA Title 2 and Title 39, Chapter 17.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 8 and Title 50, Chapter 2, relative to employment.

As introduced, requires private-sector employers to compensate employees for accumulated paid leave upon separation from service from employment. - Amends TCA Title 8 and Title 50, Chapter 2.
