To enact section 5534.857 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of State Route 47 in Shelby County as the "PFC Francis Guillozet Memorial Highway."

To amend sections 323.131, 5713.03, 5713.30, 5713.31, 5713.32, and 5713.351; to enact new section 5713.36; and to repeal section 5713.36 of the Revised Code to make various changes to the law governing the property taxation of farmland.

To honor the distinguished service and exceptional valor of the men and women of the United States Navy and to commemorate the 250th anniversary of its founding.

To amend section 109.87 of the Revised Code to make changes to the telemarketing law.

To amend section 5747.113 and to enact sections 3701.27 and 4503.108 of the Revised Code to create the Pediatric Cancer Research Fund and to authorize voluntary contributions to it.

To amend sections 323.152, 323.153, and 323.156 of the Revised Code to authorize a temporary property tax credit for certain continuously owned homesteads.

To enact section 122.635 of the Revised Code to create a grant program for townships and municipalities that adopt pro-housing policies and to make an appropriation.

To amend section 109.572 of the Revised Code to add certain animal-related offenses to the list of potentially disqualifying offenses when conducting a criminal records check for prospective foster caregivers, prospective adoptive parents, and certain other individuals who will be responsible for or reside in the same household as children.

To amend sections 3509.03, 3511.02, and 3599.21 and to repeal section 111.31 of the Revised Code to prohibit any person from mailing out unsolicited absentee ballot request forms to any other person.

To amend sections 4933.12, 4933.121, and 4933.123 and to enact sections 4933.125, 4933.126, 4933.127, 4933.128, 4933.129, 4933.1210, and 4933.1211 of the Revised Code to prohibit terminating electric or gas service to certain households and establish a payment plan for these services.
