Establishes the Ohio Israel Trade and Innovation Partnership to study and promote trade and investment between Ohio and Israel.

The bill creates the Ohio Israel Trade and Innovation Partnership to study and advance bilateral trade and investment between Ohio and Israel. The partnership will also explore policy issues of mutual interest, business and academic exchanges, and multilateral partnerships with other nations. The partnership will consist of members appointed by the president of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives, and the governor. The partnership will issue annual reports to the governor, the president of the senate, and the speaker of the house of representatives.
