To urge Congress to dismantle the United States Department of Education.

Restrict sex offender from residing, loitering near victim's home

To amend sections 1923.02, 2950.99, 5321.03, and 5321.051; to amend, for the purpose of adopting a new section number as indicated in parentheses, section 2950.035 (2950.036); and to enact section 2950.035 of the Revised Code to prohibit a sex offender or a child-victim offender from residing within 2,000 feet of the residence of the victim and from loitering within 1,000 feet of the residence of the victim.

Designate Clarence "Sonny" Smith, Jr. Memorial Highway.

To enact section 5534.921 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of State Route 7 in Mahoning County as the "Clarence "Sonny" Smith, Jr. Memorial Highway."

Enact the Community and Police Protection Act

To enact section 2921.50 of the Revised Code to enact the Community and Police Protection Act to regulate law enforcement officers' use of masks.

Enact the Healthier Rural Hospitals Act

To establish a temporary program for hospital payments made by Medicaid managed care organizations and to name this act the Healthier Rural Hospitals Act.

To amend sections 3313.60, 3314.03, 3326.11, and 3328.24 and to enact section 3313.6034 of the Revised Code to require public schools to include fetal development instruction in any instruction that addresses human growth, development, or sexuality.

Regards insurance, Medicaid coverage of certain autism therapy

To amend sections 1751.84, 3923.84, 4783.01, and 4783.02 and to enact sections 3901.92 and 4783.40 of the Revised Code regarding insurance and Medicaid coverage of applied behavior analysis therapy for autism treatment and to permit exam-eligible technicians to engage in the practice of applied behavior analysis.

Prohibit the operation of unmanned aerial vehicles over schools

To amend section 4561.50 and to enact section 4561.54 of the Revised Code to prohibit the operation of unmanned aerial vehicles over schools.

Prohibit road surface application of brine from oil, gas wells

To amend sections 1509.03, 1509.22, 1509.222, 1509.223, 1509.224, 1509.33, and 1509.99 and to repeal section 1509.226 of the Revised Code to expressly prohibit the surface application of brine from oil and gas wells on roads.

Prohibit the use of eminent domain for recreational trails

To amend section 163.01 of the Revised Code to prohibit the use of eminent domain for recreational trails.

Authorize the creation of tourism promotion districts

Allow advertising devices closer to highway system interchanges

To amend section 5516.03 of the Revised Code to allow authorized advertising devices to be placed closer to interstate, national, and primary highway system interchanges.
