To support the United States of Kindness initiative to honor our nation's 250th birthday by performing 250 acts of kindness.

To amend sections 5725.38, 5725.98, 5726.61, 5726.98, 5729.21, 5729.98, 5747.86, and 5747.98 and to enact section 122.841 of the Revised Code to authorize a nonrefundable, transferable tax credit for charitable organizations that construct owner-occupied housing and to name this act the Promised Land Act.

To amend sections 154.07, 3345.12, 3345.74, and 3345.75; to enact sections 3345.123 and 3345.741; and to repeal sections 154.25 and 3333.59 of the Revised Code regarding liens on state institutions of higher education facilities and conservatorships for state universities and colleges.

To amend section 101.27 of the Revised Code to eliminate mileage reimbursement for legislators who use electric charging facilities in designated Capitol Square parking facilities and to name this act the Fairness in Mileage Reimbursement Act.

To amend sections 1547.11, 3701.143, 4511.181, and 4511.19 of the Revised Code to change the laws pertaining to operating a vehicle or watercraft while under the influence of marihuana and the admissibility of evidence for purposes of OVI statutes.

To create the Political Subdivision Consolidation Incentive Grant Pilot Program and to make an appropriation.

To amend sections 2907.231 and 2950.01 of the Revised Code to increase the penalties for engaging in prostitution.

To enact section 5534.654 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of State Route 13 in Richland County as the "Marine PFC Glenn S. Wingenbach, Jr. Memorial Highway."

To enact section 2917.43 of the Revised Code to prohibit a person from engaging in solar radiation modification, cloud seeding, or sunlight reflection methods, and to name the act the Atmosphere Protection Act.

To amend section 4929.02 and to enact sections 4929.51, 4929.52, 4929.53, 4929.55, 4929.57, and 4929.59 of the Revised Code to allow for competitive retail natural gas service suppliers to offer carbon offsets to customers.

To amend sections 4109.08, 4109.13, and 4109.99 of the Revised Code to enact the Clock Out Kids Act to require school employees to report certain minor labor law violations, to increase penalties for certain minor labor law violations, and to create the Minor Labor Law Enforcement Fund; and to make an appropriation.

To enact section 3345.88 of the Revised Code regarding broadcasts of intercollegiate athletic competitions.

To enact section 5534.915 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of State Route 13 in Knox County as the "William 'Bill' Burgett Memorial Highway."

To amend sections 317.22 and 319.20 and to enact section 319.204 of the Revised Code to sometimes require payment of delinquent property taxes and assessments when a lot is transferred.

To support Ohio's proposal to the Federal Aviation Administration related to the Electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing and Advanced Air Mobility Integration Pilot Program.

To amend sections 2713.21, 2937.22, 2937.24, and 3905.85 of the Revised Code to permit the surrender of a defendant by a surety bail bond agent and to require surety bail bond agents to be licensed property and casualty insurance agents.

To amend section 5.21 of the Revised Code to designate November as "Veterans' month."

To enact section 3902.65 of the Revised Code to require prescription drug coverage by health plan issuers.

To amend section 4501.21 and to enact section 4503.537 of the Revised Code to create the "Lifetown" license plate.
