To enact section 5501.84 of the Revised Code to prohibit the purchase of small unmanned aircraft systems manufactured or assembled by a covered foreign entity.

To enact section 3701.95 of the Revised Code regarding health care facilities and infection prevention textiles.

To amend sections 2913.02, 2913.51, 4737.04, 4737.045, 4737.99, 4738.03, 4738.07, 4738.12, and 4775.09 and to enact sections 4737.046 and 4737.98 of the Revised Code regarding the sale of used catalytic converters, and to make an appropriation.

To urge the United States Congress to review and evaluate credit reporting agencies and how credit scores and credit ratings create economic inequities.

To amend section 2307.60 of the Revised Code to allow victims of theft or fraud during a declared state of emergency to recover treble damages from the offender.

To amend sections 3715.01, 3715.021, 3715.022, 3715.023, and 3717.22 and to enact sections 3715.026 and 3715.21 of the Revised Code to authorize the sale of certain homemade foods under a microenterprise home kitchen operation registration.

To amend section 121.221 of the Revised Code to allow an active duty service member on deployment, and who is a member of a public body in the state, to attend meetings of the public body virtually.

To amend sections 2152.17, 2911.21, 2917.02, and 2929.14 and to enact sections 2917.10 and 2941.1427 of the Revised Code to prohibit masked harassment and masked trespassing, to modify the offense of aggravated riot when the offender is wearing a mask or disguise or is otherwise concealing or attempting to conceal the offender's face, and to require an additional prison term of one year for an offender who is convicted of or pleads guilty to a felony if the offender is convicted of or pleads guilty to a specification that the offender wore a mask or disguise or otherwise concealed or attempted to conceal the offender's face in commission of the offense.

To amend section 4511.451 of the Revised Code to double fines for failing to yield to a funeral procession.

To amend sections 149.43, 2923.11, 2923.125, 2923.128, and 2923.20 and to enact sections 2923.133, 2923.22, 2923.221, and 4731.058 of the Revised Code to enact the Suicide Self-Defense Act, relative to the creation of a do not possess firearms registry.

To urge the Congress of the United States to reject any moratorium on state laws regulating artificial intelligence.

To encourage students in grades one through twelve to read the U.S. Declaration of Independence in the classroom during the 2025-2026 school year in celebration of its 250th anniversary.

To urge the United States Congress to create a National Infrastructure Bank to finance urgently needed infrastructure projects.

To amend section 5747.01 of the Revised Code to allow a personal income tax deduction for certain donations to churches and to name this act the Tithing Protection Act.

To enact sections 1701.031, 1701.592, 1701.593, 1701.594, 1701.595, 1701.596, and 1701.597 of the Revised Code regarding the regulation of the internal affairs of domestic corporations and corporate use of committees of independent and disinterested directors.

To enact section 107.38 of the Revised Code to establish the Statewide Youth Council in the Office of the Governor.

To amend sections 3314.03, 3326.11, and 3328.24 and to enact sections 3320.09, 3320.10, and 3320.11 of the Revised Code to enact the Charlie Kirk American Heritage Act to permit teachers in public schools and state institutions of higher education to provide instruction on the influence of Judeo-Christian values on history and culture.

To urge Congress to designate the Buckeye Trail as a National Scenic Trail.

To amend sections 2152.02, 2152.19, 2923.24, 2930.12, 2930.13, and 2951.03 of the Revised Code to prohibit possession of an electronic device under circumstances indicating an intent to commit a theft offense that involves a motor vehicle.

To amend section 2903.21 of the Revised Code to expand the offense of aggravated menacing to prohibit threatening a utility worker, cable operator worker, or broadband worker with intent to obstruct the operation of a utility.

To amend sections 5725.98, 5726.98, 5729.98, 5747.98, and 5751.98 and to enact sections 5725.39, 5726.63, 5727.242, 5727.301, 5729.22, 5736.51, 5747.88, and 5751.55 of the Revised Code to authorize refundable tax credits for hiring certain veterans, service members, and their spouses.

To amend sections 4501.21 and 5910.07 and to enact section 4503.4913 of the Revised Code to create the "1905 Wright Flyer III" license plate.

To enact section 2317.57 of the Revised Code to enact the Abortion Pill Provider Liability Education (APPLE) Act.

To enact sections 3702.41, 3902.65, and 5119.171 of the Revised Code regarding behavioral health screenings in the perinatal period and to make an appropriation.
