To amend sections 4735.18 and 4735.24 and to enact section 5301.95 of the Revised Code to amend the law related to real estate wholesalers.

To amend sections 2152.16, 2152.17, 2152.19, 2152.22, 5139.01, 5139.05, 5139.06, 5139.20, 5139.35, and 5139.51 of the Revised Code to require mandatory dispositions for youths adjudicated delinquent for committing acts that would be felony theft or vandalism if committed by an adult.

To amend sections 319.302, 323.152, and 4503.06 of the Revised Code to modify the computation of the owner-occupancy property tax rollback and the applicability of the nonbusiness property tax rollback.

To amend section 2929.20 of the Revised Code to prohibit denial of judicial release based solely on the classification of an offense.

To amend section 3902.30 of the Revised Code to require private insurers to cover telehealth services for mental health services the same as for in-person mental health services.

To amend sections 145.47, 742.31, 3307.27, 3309.47, 4117.08, and 5505.15 of the Revised Code to prohibit a public employer from paying employee contributions to a state retirement system.

To condemn President Trump's sharing of a racist video on February 5, 2026.

To enact sections 993.15 and 993.16 of the Revised Code to require an amusement park operator to implement and maintain a system that publicly communicates the real-time operational status of each of its amusement rides.

To enact section 3717.54 of the Revised Code to require food service operations to denote certain allergens on their menu.

To amend sections 3107.011, 3107.99, 5103.03, 5103.17, and 5103.99 and to enact section 2307.68 of the Revised Code regarding adoption advertising and facilitation.

To amend sections 2903.01, 2929.01, 2929.12, 2929.14, and 2929.22 and to enact section 2941.1428 of the Revised Code to create new aggravated murder offenses for political motivation and political victims, to create a mandatory prison term for politically motivated offenses of violence, and to add political motivation to sentencing factors for felonies and misdemeanors.

To amend sections 2151.421, 3314.03, 3326.11, 3328.24, 5180.40, 5180.401, 5180.402, 5180.403, and 5180.404 and to enact sections 3313.961, 5180.408, 5180.409, 5180.4010, and 5180.4011 of the Revised Code to make changes to the law regarding the uniform statewide automated child welfare information system, to require public schools to appoint a child protection liaison, and to name this act Kei'Mani's Law.

To amend sections 5739.02 and 5739.03 of the Revised Code to exempt from sales and use tax building materials sold to a contractor under a contract valued at $25 million or more for projects in areas with a port authority.

To urge the United States Congress to enact the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act.

To amend sections 3317.01, 5705.31, 5705.32, and 5705.321 and to enact section 5705.60 of the Revised Code to modify the law governing county budget commissions and property taxation.

To amend section 163.01 and to enact sections 9.71, 9.711, and 4933.71 of the Revised Code to prohibit public support for, and limit the construction of, new data centers.

To amend sections 2929.01 and 2929.14 and to enact section 2941.1427 of the Revised Code to create a repeat drug offender specification.

To urge the federal government to repeal the Johnson Amendment and to name this resolution the Leland Muhlenberg Resolution.

To enact sections 3902.65, 3902.651, 3902.652, 3902.653, and 3902.654 of the Revised Code to require health insurance coverage of orthotic and prosthetic devices.

To urge the Congress of the United States to pass H.R. 1907, known as the Defense Against Drones Act of 2025.
