To amend section 3937.18 of the Revised Code to require all motor vehicle insurance policies to include uninsured motorist coverage.

To honor the 50th anniversary of the original enactment of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and to urge the U.S. Congress to enact the IDEA Full Funding Act.

To amend sections 113.70, 113.73, 3345.45, and 3345.454; to enact sections 107.037, 3345.0220, 3345.0221, and 3345.0222; and to repeal section 3345.456 of the Revised Code to enact the S.B. 1 Compliance Supplemental Appropriation Act regarding the operation of state institutions of higher education.

Authorizing a joint convention of the Ohio General Assembly for the purpose of receiving a message from the Governor and calling for a committee to wait upon the Governor in anticipation of his State of the State Address.

To amend sections 2945.38, 2945.39, and 2945.401 of the Revised Code relative to the timeline for restoration of competency in criminal cases and to declare an emergency.

Applying to the Congress of the United States for a limited national convention for the exclusive purpose of proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to establish term limits for members of Congress.

To amend sections 2929.12, 2929.15, and 2929.25 of the Revised Code to prohibit a sentencing court from imposing, as a condition of community control, a requirement that the offender admit guilt if the offender was found guilty after entering an Alford plea and to name this act the Alford Plea Fairness Act.

To enact sections 3902.65 and 5164.13 of the Revised Code to require health benefit plan and Medicaid program coverage of biomarker testing.

To enact sections 4301.73 and 4301.731 of the Revised Code to establish provisions governing date rape drug testing devices.

To enact section 4113.87 of the Revised Code to prohibit private employers from including on an employment application any question concerning the criminal background of the applicant.

To enact sections 4729.891, 4731.971, 4731.972, 4731.973, 4731.975, 4731.976, 4731.977, 4731.978, 4731.979, and 4731.9710 of the Revised Code regarding individualized investigational treatments for life-threatening or severely debilitating illnesses.

To amend sections 109.71, 109.77, 121.483, and 2935.01 of the Revised Code to add the Inspector General and a deputy Inspector General to the definition of "peace officer" while either official is engaged in the scope of the official's duties.

To amend sections 755.16, 3311.05, 3311.053, 3311.0510, 3313.01, 3313.376, 3313.843, 3313.845, 3313.846, 3313.848, 3313.849, 3317.11, 3319.80, 3326.45, 3513.255, and 3513.256; to amend, for the purpose of adopting a new section number as indicated in parentheses, section 3326.45 (3313.847); to enact section 3311.052; and to repeal sections 3311.054, 3311.056, 3311.057, and 3311.059 of the Revised Code regarding the territory, operation, and governance of educational service centers.

To amend sections 3718.02, 3718.021, 3718.11, 6111.44, and 6111.441 of the Revised Code to make changes to the law governing household sewage treatment systems.

To amend sections 4111.06, 4111.14, 5122.28, 5123.022, 5123.023, 5123.87, 5747.98, and 5751.98 and to enact sections 3304.45, 4111.061, 5747.87, and 5751.56 of the Revised Code to phase out the subminimum wage for individuals with physical or mental disabilities, to authorize a tax credit for purchases made from nonprofit corporations that hire such individuals, and to name this act the Ohio Employment First and Greater Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities Act.

To amend sections 319.20, 1923.06, 1923.08, 1923.09, 3781.10, and 5321.17 and to enact sections 120.522, 120.531, 319.204, 1923.111, 1923.16, and 3781.181 of the Revised Code to revise the law governing eviction, residential building code enforcement, and real property transfers.

To amend section 1503.35 and to enact section 131.52 of the Revised Code regarding federal mineral royalty payments.
