To amend section 3937.18 of the Revised Code to require all motor vehicle insurance policies to include uninsured motorist coverage.

To honor the 50th anniversary of the original enactment of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and to urge the U.S. Congress to enact the IDEA Full Funding Act.

Revise the law governing household sewage treatment systems

To amend sections 3718.02, 3718.021, 3718.11, 6111.44, and 6111.441 of the Revised Code to make changes to the law governing household sewage treatment systems.

Phase out subminimum wage for individuals with disabilities

To amend sections 4111.06, 4111.14, 5122.28, 5123.022, 5123.023, 5123.87, 5747.98, and 5751.98 and to enact sections 3304.45, 4111.061, 5747.87, and 5751.56 of the Revised Code to phase out the subminimum wage for individuals with physical or mental disabilities, to authorize a tax credit for purchases made from nonprofit corporations that hire such individuals, and to name this act the Ohio Employment First and Greater Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities Act.

Revise eviction, code enforcement, and real property transfer law

To amend sections 319.20, 1923.06, 1923.08, 1923.09, 3781.10, and 5321.17 and to enact sections 120.522, 120.531, 319.204, 1923.111, 1923.16, and 3781.181 of the Revised Code to revise the law governing eviction, residential building code enforcement, and real property transfers.

Regards federal mineral royalty payments

To amend section 1503.35 and to enact section 131.52 of the Revised Code regarding federal mineral royalty payments.
