Ohio

To enact section 3737.834 of the Revised Code to require specified testing of fire hydrant systems.

To amend sections 1315.05 and 1315.18 and to enact sections 1349.57, 1349.571, 1349.572, 1349.573, 1349.574, 1349.575, 1349.576, 1349.577, 1349.578, 1349.579, 1349.5710, 1349.5711, and 1349.5712 of the Revised Code to establish regulations for digital asset kiosks and require they be registered as money transmitters.

To amend sections 4303.271, 5743.15, and 5743.61 of the Revised Code to require the renewal of various licenses or permits related to liquor, tobacco, and vapor products within forty-eight hours of filing.

To enact section 5534.155 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of I-270 in Franklin County as the "PFC Chris Dixon Memorial Highway."

To enact section 5534.141 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of U.S. Route 42 in Greene County as the "Patrolman Charles G. Cannon Memorial Highway."

To enact sections 341.28, 753.34, and 5120.6511 of the Revised Code to require all inmate pregnancy outcomes to be reported to the Department of Rehabilitation and Correction.

To enact section 5534.448 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of United States Route 6 in Lorain County as the "Police Officer Phillip Wagner Memorial Highway."

To amend sections 1751.67, 2133.211, 3313.539, 3707.511, 3727.06, 3923.233, 3923.301, 3923.63, 3923.64, 4723.01, 4723.02, 4723.06, 4723.07, 4723.24, 4723.28, 4723.36, 4723.41, 4723.42, 4723.43, 4723.431, 4723.44, 4723.46, 4723.481, 4723.482, 4723.483, 4723.493, 4723.50, 4731.27, 4761.17, and 5164.07; to enact section 4723.439; and to repeal sections 4723.45 and 5164.73 of the Revised Code to modify the laws governing the practice of advanced practice registered nurses and to name this act the Better Access to Health Care Act.

To urge the Baseball Writers' Association of America and the National Baseball Hall of Fame to include Peter Edward "Pete" Rose on the Hall of Fame ballot.

To enact section 5534.502 of the Revised Code to designate the interchange of I-475 and Dorr Street in Lucas County as the "Keith G. Earley Memorial Interchange."

To call upon the members of Ohio's congressional delegation to uphold the principles of federalism regarding the authority of states to govern electoral processes.

To amend sections 319.202, 5301.256, and 5323.02 of the Revised Code to modify the law that prohibits certain governments, businesses, and individuals from acquiring certain real property and to name this act the Ohio Property Protection Act.

To amend section 5163.093 of the Revised Code regarding eligibility for the Medicaid Buy-In For Workers With Disabilities Program and the Ohio WorkAbility Program.

To enact section 5534.657 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of State Route 41 in Clark County as the "PFC Wetzel Eldridge USMC Memorial Highway."

To amend sections 3704.99 and 6109.20 and to enact sections 3704.21, 3715.591, 3745.61, 3745.62, 3745.63, 3745.64, 3745.65, 3745.66, and 3745.67 of the Revised Code to prohibit the use of certain food dyes and additives, the release of substances into the atmosphere for certain purposes, and intentionally added PFAS in various products, to revise the law governing fluoride, and to name this act the Protecting Utility and Resources for Enhanced Living, Improved Food, and Environment Act.

To amend sections 4109.02 and 4123.35 and to enact sections 2152.30, 4113.90, and 4123.97 of the Revised Code regarding juvenile offenders and certificates of qualification for employment.

To amend sections 3314.03, 3326.11, and 3328.24 and to enact section 3313.5321 of the Revised Code regarding broadcasts of middle and high school post-season interscholastic athletic contests.

To amend sections 117.01, 120.521, and 120.54 and to enact sections 9.631 and 3129.07 of the Revised Code to modify the membership of the board of directors of the Ohio Access to Justice Foundation and to prohibit the use of state funds for certain purposes.

To amend sections 5162.21 and 5162.211 of the Revised Code to make changes to the law governing the Medicaid Estate Recovery Program.

To amend sections 3501.01, 3513.05, 3513.262, 3513.263, and 5747.502 and to enact sections 3505.011, 3513.141, 5747.504, and 5747.505 of the Revised Code to generally prohibit the use of ranked choice voting, to withhold Local Government Fund distributions from a municipality or chartered county that uses ranked choice voting, and to make changes to election petition records.

To amend section 169.01 and to enact sections 169.20, 169.21, 169.22, 169.23, 169.24, 169.25, and 169.26 of the Revised Code to provide for the safekeeping and management of unclaimed digital assets.

To amend sections 2307.71, 4925.04, and 4925.09 of the Revised Code to modify the laws related to transportation network companies.

To amend section 3902.50 and to enact section 3902.80 of the Revised Code to regulate the use of artificial intelligence by health insurers.

To amend section 4141.34 of the Revised Code to require the Director of Job and Family Services to establish an online process for employers to report individuals who fail to appear for a scheduled job interview.
