Ohio

To amend sections 3501.06, 3501.07, 3501.08, 3501.12, and 3501.15 and to enact section 3501.111 of the Revised Code to prohibit a board of elections member or employee from being a member of a political party's state central committee and to create a conflict of interest procedure for the boards of elections.

To enact sections 1349.13, 1349.14, 1349.141, 1349.142, 1349.15, 1349.151, 1349.152, and 5101.703 of the Revised Code to prevent financial exploitation and fraud against vulnerable adults and to name this act the Protect Our Parents Act.

To amend section 4501.21 and to enact section 4503.736 of the Revised Code to create the "Play Golf Ohio" license plate.

To amend section 4731.281 and to enact sections 4731.2911, 4731.2912, and 4731.2913 of the Revised Code to authorize the State Medical Board to issue limited licenses to certain international physicians.

To amend sections 319.202, 319.302, 323.155, 323.158, 4503.0610, and 5323.02 and to enact sections 323.21 and 323.22 of the Revised Code to allow eligible homeowners to defer the payment of a portion of their property taxes.

To enact section 5534.915 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of State Route 13 in Knox County as the "William 'Bill' Burgett Memorial Highway."

To require the Department of Health to assess its central warehousing operations and to make an appropriation.

To amend sections 503.40, 503.41, 503.42, 503.44, 503.45, 503.46, 503.47, 503.48, 503.49, 2927.17, 4731.04, 4731.15, 4731.41, and 4731.99 of the Revised Code to clarify the professionals that may perform massage therapy.

To authorize the conveyance of state-owned land.

To amend sections 5721.32, 5721.33, and 5721.42 of the Revised Code to sunset the sale of delinquent property tax certificates on January 1, 2027.

To amend section 4928.73 and to enact section 122.1714 of the Revised Code to create a regulatory, economic, and energy market framework for fusion energy and to name this act the Ohio Fusion Energy Advancement Act.

To amend section 4909.192 and to enact section 4928.106 of the Revised Code to authorize voluntary demand response programs for residential and small commercial customers.

To amend sections 2907.41, 2919.251, 2937.011, 2937.222, 2937.23, 2937.35, 2937.36, 2937.39, 3905.83, 3905.84, and 3905.99 of the Revised Code to enact the Ohio Holly Act to prohibit charitable bail organizations from engaging in specified conduct and to make changes to the determination and forfeiture of bail.

To amend section 4928.01 and to enact sections 4928.74, 4928.741, and 4928.742 of the Revised Code regarding portable solar generation devices.

To amend sections 3505.18, 3505.31, 3509.05, 3511.09, and 3511.11 of the Revised Code to allow marked absent voter's ballots to be returned to any polling place in the county.

To amend sections 3715.01, 3715.99, 3717.01, and 3717.99 and to enact sections 3715.026 and 3717.34 of the Revised Code regarding sales of kratom products.

To amend sections 313.12, 3705.01, 3705.08, 3705.16, 3705.20, 3705.29, 3727.16, and 4731.82 and to enact sections 3705.161 and 3705.50 of the Revised Code to require the registration of all fetal deaths and to require the filing of a certificate of life after the detection of a fetal heartbeat.

To enact section 4113.63 of the Revised Code to codify the Spearin doctrine in public construction contracts.

To amend section 4521.02 of the Revised Code to establish maximum late fees for civil parking tickets.

To amend sections 109.25, 1715.51, and 5813.06 and to enact sections 1715.551, 1715.552, 1715.553, 1715.554, 1715.555, 1715.556, 1715.557, 1715.558, and 1715.559 of the Revised Code to establish the scope and procedures for a civil action when an institution violates a restriction in an endowment agreement.
