Ohio HB634 amends school attendance and interscholastic athletics eligibility rules.

Ohio HB634 amends school attendance rules to allow children to attend school in various circumstances, including when parents relocate, children live with grandparents, or parents are in the military. It also allows children to participate in interscholastic athletics without penalty if they are transfer students with prior disciplinary actions. The bill repeals section 3313.64 of the Revised Code and enacts new provisions in section 3313.5321.
