Ohio

To amend sections 3963.01 and 3963.04 of the Revised Code regarding material amendments to contracts between health insurers and health care providers.

To amend section 4501.21 and to enact section 4503.717 of the Revised Code to create the "Blue Knights L.E.M.C." license plate.

To amend sections 4503.06, 5713.07, 5713.08, and 5715.27 and to enact sections 5709.29 and 5709.99 of the Revised Code to authorize local governments to create residential stability zones where homeowners may qualify for a partial property tax exemption.

To amend section 3902.50 and to enact sections 3902.75, 3902.76, and 3959.151 of the Revised Code to limit insurer accreditation requirements for pharmacies, to implement drug cost reporting requirements for pharmacy benefit managers, and to name this act the Community Pharmacy Protection Act.

To amend sections 339.78, 339.81, 1751.91, 3923.89, 4729.01, and 4729.39 and to enact sections 4729.21 and 4729.211 of the Revised Code to authorize pharmacists to treat minor health conditions and to name this act the Pharmacist Prescribing Authority Act.

To amend section 4513.61 of the Revised Code to address lienholder responsibility for the payment of towing and storage charges for specified motor vehicles.

To amend sections 3727.50, 3727.51, 3727.52, 3727.54, 3727.55, and 3727.56; to enact new section 3727.53 and section 4123.293; and to repeal section 3727.53 of the Revised Code to revise the law governing hospital-wide nursing care committees and hospital nursing services staffing plans.

To amend sections 2929.19, 2951.03, and 2951.041 of the Revised Code to require a court to consider an offender's status as a primary caretaker of a child in determining whether the offender is amenable to a community control sanction or to intervention in lieu of conviction.

To amend sections 1343.01, 1343.03, 1349.01, 2716.02, 2716.03, and 4712.01 and to enact section 1349.54 of the Revised Code to limit the rate of interest on medical debt, to prohibit reporting medical debt to a consumer reporting agency, and to name this act the Ohio Medical Debt Fairness Act.

To amend sections 2903.06, 2903.08, 2903.081, and 2903.13 and to enact section 4511.461 of the Revised Code to establish penalties for failing to obey a school crossing guard and other associated offenses.

To amend sections 718.01, 5747.01, and 5748.01 of the Revised Code to exempt tips from state, municipal, and school district income taxes.

To enact sections 5.2322 and 5.2323 of the Revised Code to designate June as "Male Wellness Month" and the third Monday in June as "Take Your Dad to the Doctor and Dentist Day" (DAD) Day) and to name this act the Male Wellness Month Act.

To enact sections 305.44, 505.96, 731.142, and 733.241 of the Revised Code to prohibit certain local elected officials from entering into nondisclosure agreements.

To amend sections 1751.62, 3923.52, 3923.53, 5162.20, and 5164.08 of the Revised Code to revise the law governing insurance and Medicaid coverage of breast cancer screenings and examinations and to name this act the Breast Examination and Screening Transformation Act, or BEST Act.

To amend sections 1751.67, 2133.211, 3313.539, 3707.511, 3727.06, 3923.233, 3923.301, 3923.63, 3923.64, 4723.01, 4723.02, 4723.06, 4723.07, 4723.24, 4723.28, 4723.36, 4723.41, 4723.42, 4723.43, 4723.431, 4723.44, 4723.46, 4723.481, 4723.482, 4723.483, 4723.493, 4723.50, 4731.27, 4761.17, and 5164.07; to enact section 4723.439; and to repeal sections 4723.45 and 5164.73 of the Revised Code to modify the laws governing the practice of advanced practice registered nurses and to name this act the Better Access to Health Care Act.

To amend sections 2903.06, 2903.08, 4508.02, and 4511.213 and to enact section 5501.28 of the Revised Code to increase penalties for failing to slow down or change lanes when approaching specified stationary vehicles, to increase penalties for vehicular homicide and vehicular assault resulting from that offense, and to name this act Philip Wigal's Law.

To amend sections 2903.41, 2903.42, and 2903.43 and to enact section 5503.102 of the Revised Code to expand the violent offender database, to make public records in that database available on the internet, and to make the database information available through LEADS.

To amend sections 2925.11, 2929.15, 2929.20, 2929.25, 2951.02, and 2951.07 of the Revised Code to change the maximum periods of community control sanctions authorized for felonies and misdemeanors and to modify the confinement sanctions authorized for a technical violation of community control sanction conditions.

To amend sections 2909.30, 2929.15, 2929.16, 2929.17, 2929.25, 5747.50, 5747.502, 5747.51, and 5747.53; to amend, for the purpose of adopting a new section number as indicated in parentheses, section 2909.30 (2965.03); and to enact sections 2965.01, 2965.02, 2965.04, 2965.05, 2965.06, 5747.504, and 5747.505 of the Revised Code to enact the America First Act to prohibit a person who is unlawfully present in the United States from entering or being present in Ohio, to require law enforcement agencies and detention facilities to cooperate in the enforcement of federal immigration laws, and to withhold state local government funds from a subdivision that does not abide by the act.

To enact sections 1350.01, 1350.011, 1350.02, 1350.03, 1350.04, and 1350.05 of the Revised Code to enact the Digital Fair Repair Act.
