Establish the Child Care Cred Program

To enact section 5104.54 of the Revised Code to establish the Child Care Cred Program and to make an appropriation.

Enact the Ohio Property Protection Act

To amend sections 319.202, 5301.256, and 5323.02 of the Revised Code to modify the law that prohibits certain governments, businesses, and individuals from acquiring certain real property and to name this act the Ohio Property Protection Act.

Increase education, awareness of Alzheimer's disease and dementia

To enact section 3701.147 of the Revised Code to increase education, awareness, and understanding of cognitive impairment, Alzheimer's disease, and other types of dementia.

Regards community foundation charitable and institutional funds

To amend sections 1715.51, 3315.10, and 3315.41 and to enact sections 3314.55, 3315.43, and 3326.53 of the Revised Code to permit community foundations to create component funds of any charitable funds received by public schools and to classify some funds held by a community foundation as institutional funds.

Bar adverse employment action against precinct election officials

To enact section 3501.281 of the Revised Code to prohibit adverse employment actions against employees who are absent from work while serving as, or training to be, precinct election officials.

Designate Cpl. Robert Dockstader Memorial Highway

To enact section 5534.607 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of State Route 2 in Ottawa County as the "Cpl. Robert Dockstader Memorial Highway."

To restrict the purposes for which the tax revenue from any legal internet gaming in this state may be used.

To enact section 3345.89 of the Revised Code with respect to the start times of college football games.

Authorize tax credits for certain child care expenditures

To amend sections 5725.98, 5726.98, 5729.98, 5747.98, and 5751.98 and to enact sections 5725.39, 5726.62, 5727.242, 5727.301, 5729.22, 5736.51, 5747.87, and 5751.56 of the Revised Code to authorize nonrefundable tax credits for certain employer-provided child care expenditures.

Expedite unauthorized occupant removal; prohibit fraudulent deeds

To amend section 2909.07 and to enact sections 1923.16 and 2913.53 of the Revised Code to provide for the expedited removal of unauthorized occupants of residential property, to prohibit the use and sale of fraudulent deeds, and to declare an emergency.

Enact the Consumer Utility Billing Transparency Act

To enact section 4933.30 of the Revised Code to enact "The Consumer Utility Billing Transparency Act" requiring the itemization of all riders, taxes, and other costs on certain utility bills.

Designate Celebrating Disabilities Month

To enact section 5.2322 of the Revised Code to designate the month of July as Celebrating Disabilities Month.

To amend sections 5501.31, 5521.01, and 5521.011; to amend, for the purpose of adopting a new section number as indicated in parentheses, section 5521.011 (5521.012); and to enact new section 5521.011 of the Revised Code to clarify and amend the laws related to the Director of Transportation's responsibilities for state highways located in villages and cities.

Require Medicaid, health insurers report on prior authorization

To amend sections 1751.72, 3923.041, and 5160.34 and to enact section 5160.341 of the Revised Code to require the Medicaid program and certain health insurers to report data about prior authorization requirements and to require an exemption to such requirements for certain providers.

Regards the minimum number of hours in a school year

To amend sections 3301.0732 and 3313.48 of the Revised Code regarding the minimum number of hours in a school year.

Restore Clean Ohio Fund and Clean Ohio Council

To amend section 151.40 and to enact sections 122.65, 122.651, 122.652, 122.653, 122.654, 122.655, 122.657, 122.658, and 122.659 of the Revised Code to restore the Clean Ohio Fund to be administered by the Department of Development and the Clean Ohio Council.
