Ohio

To amend section 131.44 and to enact section 5501.62 of the Revised Code and to amend Section 755.30 of H.B. 33 of the 135th General Assembly to codify it as section 5501.61 of the Revised Code to allocate a portion of any state revenue surplus to a program that funds certain road and bridge projects.

To amend section 122.1710 and to enact sections 122.1712 and 122.1713 of the Revised Code to modify the Individual Microcredential Assistance Program(IMAP), to create platinum provider programs for certain IMAP participants, and to name this act the Platinum Providers Act.

To amend sections 4521.01 and 4521.08 and to enact section 4521.20 of the Revised Code to establish specified parking requirements.

To amend section 9.03 of the Revised Code to prohibit certain government publications concerning candidates or ballot issues during the 30 days before an election.

To enact Alyssa's Law to establish a pilot grant program for public and chartered nonpublic schools to purchase panic alert systems or contract for artificial intelligence firearm detection software and to make an appropriation.

To amend sections 3314.03, 3326.11, and 3328.24 and to enact section 3313.475 of the Revised Code to prohibit diversity, equity, and inclusion in public schools.

To enact sections 1350.01, 1350.011, 1350.02, 1350.03, 1350.04, and 1350.05 of the Revised Code to enact the Digital Fair Repair Act.

To enact section 1333.97 of the Revised Code to require retail merchants to give customers the option to pay by cash.

To amend sections 5739.01, 5739.02, 5739.03, and 5739.17 of the Revised Code to exempt from sales and use tax sales of firearm safety devices.

To urge the President of the United States to support the Ohio Department of Medicaid's request to implement work requirements for certain Medicaid recipients.

To amend sections 5101.54, 5101.542, 5101.84, and 5101.98 and to enact sections 5101.042, 5101.543, 5101.546, 5101.95, and 5101.96 of the Revised Code to make various changes to public assistance benefits programs.

To amend sections 113.51, 113.53, and 113.56 of the Revised Code regarding Ohio ABLE accounts and to make an appropriation.

To amend sections 3902.50 and 3902.70; to amend, for the purpose of adopting a new section number as indicated in parentheses, section 3902.72 (3902.75); and to enact new section 3902.72 of the Revised Code to prohibit drug manufacturers from taking certain actions regarding reimbursements made to 340B covered entities.

To enact section 4113.13 of the Revised Code regarding the creation and display of a poster containing information on benefits and services for veterans.

To enact section 1345.53 of the Revised Code to limit the amount of fees charged in connection with ticket sales.

To enact section 5534.609 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of State Route 241 in Summit County as the "Captain Joshua Michael McClimans Memorial Highway."

To enact sections 4151.01, 4151.02, 4151.03, 4151.04, 4151.05, 4151.06, and 4151.07 of the Revised Code to require certain construction industry employers to use E-verify and to sanction specified hiring practices in the industry.

To urge the President of the United States, the United States Secretary of Veterans Affairs, and the United States Congress to take prompt action to reduce the processing time for veterans' disability benefit claims.
