Allocate state revenue surplus to fund road and bridge projects

To amend section 131.44 and to enact section 5501.62 of the Revised Code and to amend Section 755.30 of H.B. 33 of the 135th General Assembly to codify it as section 5501.61 of the Revised Code to allocate a portion of any state revenue surplus to a program that funds certain road and bridge projects.

Enact the Platinum Providers Act

To amend section 122.1710 and to enact sections 122.1712 and 122.1713 of the Revised Code to modify the Individual Microcredential Assistance Program(IMAP), to create platinum provider programs for certain IMAP participants, and to name this act the Platinum Providers Act.

Establish specified parking requirements

To amend sections 4521.01 and 4521.08 and to enact section 4521.20 of the Revised Code to establish specified parking requirements.

Prohibit certain publications during 30 days before an election

To amend sections 3902.50 and 3902.70; to amend, for the purpose of adopting a new section number as indicated in parentheses, section 3902.72 (3902.75); and to enact new section 3902.72 of the Revised Code to prohibit drug manufacturers from taking certain actions regarding reimbursements made to 340B covered entities.

Regards creation, display of veterans benefit and services poster

To enact section 4113.13 of the Revised Code regarding the creation and display of a poster containing information on benefits and services for veterans.

Limit the amount of fees charged in connection with ticket sales

To enact section 1345.53 of the Revised Code to limit the amount of fees charged in connection with ticket sales.

Designate Captain Joshua Michael McClimans Memorial Highway

To enact section 5534.609 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of State Route 241 in Summit County as the "Captain Joshua Michael McClimans Memorial Highway."
