Revise milk inspection fees, agricultural commodity handler law

To amend section 917.031 and to enact section 926.181 of the Revised Code to revise the milk inspection fees, to require large agricultural commodity handlers to execute a surety bond in case of failure, and to make an appropriation.

Prohibit conversion therapy for minors by certain professionals

To enact sections 4723.95, 4731.45, 4732.34, 4743.12, 4757.46, and 4758.73 of the Revised Code to prohibit certain licensed health care professionals from engaging in conversion therapy for minor patients.

Enact the Jeff, Dave, and Angie Patient Right to Try Act

To enact section 3792.08 of the Revised Code regarding prescribing, dispensing, and administering drugs and to name this act the Jeff, Dave, and Angie Patient Right to Try Act.

Regards local regulation, taxing of short-term rental properties

To amend sections 351.01, 351.021, 353.06, 4735.11, 5739.01, 5739.08, 5739.09, 5739.091, and 5741.01 and to enact section 5325.01 of the Revised Code to limit the authority of local governments to regulate short-term rental properties, to extend local lodging taxes to short-term rentals, to require collection of those taxes by short-term rental platforms, and to require real estate licenses to be issued electronically.

To amend sections 109.71 and 109.79 and to enact section 109.7413 of the Revised Code to require training on emotional intelligence for peace officers.

Specify election official status for public records law purposes

To amend section 149.43 of the Revised Code to specify that certain election officials are designated public service workers for purposes of the public records law.
