To amend section 3313.97 of the Revised Code regarding school district intradistrict open enrollment policies.

To amend sections 3313.602, 3314.03, 3326.11, and 3328.24 and to enact section 3313.6031 of the Revised Code to enact The Pledge of Allegiance Act to require the Pledge of Allegiance in schools.

To amend sections 3313.753 and 5502.262 of the Revised Code to generally prohibit student cellular telephone use in public schools.

To amend sections 109.572, 2915.01, 2915.02, 3123.90, 3769.08, 3772.01, 3772.02, 3772.03, 3772.031, 3772.04, 3772.062, 5747.02, 5747.063, 5747.20, 5751.01, 5753.01, 5753.031, 5753.04, 5753.05, 5753.07, 5753.08, and 5753.12 and to enact sections 3771.01, 3771.02, 3771.03, 3771.04, 3771.05, 3771.06, 3771.07, 3771.08, 3771.09, 3771.10, 3771.11, 3771.12, 3771.13, 3771.14, 3771.99, 5753.022, and 5753.032 of the Revised Code to legalize and regulate internet gambling in this state, to levy a tax on businesses that provide internet gambling, and to prohibit online sweepstakes games.

To establish certain child care grant programs, including those related to child care capacity and learning labs, and to make an appropriation.

To enact sections 9.51 and 9.511 of the Revised Code to require townships and municipal corporations to provide firefighting services and emergency medical services and to establish the Fire and EMS Shared Services Reimbursement Grant Program.

To amend sections 2925.03, 2929.14, and 3705.08 and to enact section 2941.1427 of the Revised Code to establish penalties for trafficking in pressed pill fentanyl, to require a death certificate to indicate if a death is caused by fentanyl poisoning, and to name this act Logan's Law.

To enact section 5101.548 of the Revised Code to require the Director of Job and Family Services to seek permission to exclude certain items from the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program.

To support and encourage the work of the Ohio Commission for the United States Semiquincentennial in celebrating the nation's 250th anniversary.

To enact section 1349.07 of the Revised Code to require application stores to offer parental control options and to obtain parental consent before permitting individuals under 16 years of age to download certain applications.

To support the City of Cleveland, Ohio, in its offer to host the 2030 Special Olympics U.S.A. Games.

To amend section 917.031 and to enact section 926.181 of the Revised Code to revise the milk inspection fees, to require large agricultural commodity handlers to execute a surety bond in case of failure, and to make an appropriation.

To enact sections 4723.95, 4731.45, 4732.34, 4743.12, 4757.46, and 4758.73 of the Revised Code to prohibit certain licensed health care professionals from engaging in conversion therapy for minor patients.

To enact section 3792.08 of the Revised Code regarding prescribing, dispensing, and administering drugs and to name this act the Jeff, Dave, and Angie Patient Right to Try Act.

To amend sections 351.01, 351.021, 353.06, 4735.11, 5739.01, 5739.08, 5739.09, 5739.091, and 5741.01 and to enact section 5325.01 of the Revised Code to limit the authority of local governments to regulate short-term rental properties, to extend local lodging taxes to short-term rentals, to require collection of those taxes by short-term rental platforms, and to require real estate licenses to be issued electronically.

To amend sections 109.71 and 109.79 and to enact section 109.7413 of the Revised Code to require training on emotional intelligence for peace officers.

To amend section 149.43 of the Revised Code to specify that certain election officials are designated public service workers for purposes of the public records law.
