Ohio

To enact section 5.2322 of the Revised Code to designate the week including March 22nd as Ohio Doula Awareness Week.

To amend section 3521.01; to enact new sections 3521.011, 3521.012, 3521.013, 3521.014, 3521.015, 3521.016, 3521.017, 3521.018, 3521.019, 3521.0110, 3521.0111, 3521.0112, 3521.0113, 3521.0114, and 3521.0115; and to repeal sections 3521.011, 3521.012, 3521.013, 3521.014, 3521.015, 3521.016, 3521.017, 3521.018, 3521.019, 3521.0110, 3521.0111, 3521.0112, 3521.0113, 3521.0114, and 3521.0115 of the Revised Code to designate new congressional district boundaries pursuant to Article XIX of the Ohio Constitution.

To enact section 5534.972 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of U.S. Route 30 in Stark County as the "Bill Powell Memorial Highway."

To amend section 4731.33 and to enact section 4731.331 of the Revised Code regarding the application of light-based medical devices for the purpose of hair removal.

To amend section 109.02 and to enact section 9.243 of the Revised Code to require state agencies to compensate the Attorney General for legal representation.

To enact section 5534.427 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of U.S. Route 33 in Auglaize County as the "Lt. James A. Kirkendall Memorial Highway."

To amend sections 149.381, 149.43, and 3319.321 of the Revised Code to permit schools to withhold directory information and to remove directory information from the public record definition.

To enact section 4113.13 of the Revised Code regarding the creation and display of a poster containing information on benefits and services for veterans.

To amend sections 1533.10, 1533.11, 1533.111, 1533.32, and 1533.321 of the Revised Code to allow Ohio residents who are 65 and up, instead of 66 and up, to qualify for discounted hunting and fishing licenses and permits.

To enact section 5533.106 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of State Route 47 in Darke County as the "PFC John Wayne Richard Memorial Highway."

To amend sections 340.011, 340.03, 340.032, 340.036, 340.041, 340.05, 340.08, 5119.22, 5119.221, 5119.25, and 5119.99 and to enact section 340.038 of the Revised Code to modify various laws regarding boards of alcohol, drug addiction, and mental health services and to impose penalties for not registering recovery housing residences.

To enact sections 4113.87, 4113.88, 4113.89, 4113.90, 4113.91, and 4113.92 of the Revised Code to enact the Consumer Protection Call Center Act regarding the eligibility of employers that relocate a call center to a foreign country to receive state grants, loans, and other benefits.

To enact sections 5.2322, 5.2411, 5.2412, 5.2413, 5.2414, 5.2415, and 5.268 of the Revised Code to make specified day and week designations relating to agriculture and to name this act the Agriculture Appreciation Act.

To amend section 1321.21 and to enact sections 1320.01, 1320.02, 1320.03, 1320.04, 1320.05, 1320.06, 1320.07, 1320.08, 1320.09, and 1320.10 of the Revised Code to regulate the provision of earned wage access services.

To amend sections 343.01, 343.011, 343.012, 343.022, 343.08, 3714.07, 3714.073, 3734.521, 3734.53, 3734.56, 3734.57, 3734.574, and 3745.015 and to enact section 3734.522 of the Revised Code to make changes to the laws governing the transfer and disposal of solid waste and construction and demolition debris and to provide for new procedures governing a county's withdrawal from a joint solid waste management district.

To enact section 5.037 of the Revised Code to designate the walleye as the official fish of the state.

To amend sections 3781.19 and 3781.20 and to enact section 3781.21 of the Revised Code to make changes to the law relating to building inspections.

To enact section 109.70 of the Revised Code to prohibit law enforcement agencies from using quotas for arrests and citations.

To amend sections 2741.01, 2741.02, 2741.05, 2741.06, 2741.09, and 2905.11 and to enact sections 2742.01, 2742.02, 2742.03, and 2742.04 of the Revised Code to make changes to the law relating to the unauthorized use of an individual's persona and to prohibit certain unauthorized deepfake recordings.

To amend sections 4111.06, 4111.14, 5122.28, 5123.022, 5123.023, 5123.87, 5747.98, and 5751.98 and to enact sections 3304.45, 4111.061, 5747.87, and 5751.56 of the Revised Code to phase out the subminimum wage for individuals with physical or mental disabilities, to authorize a tax credit for purchases made from nonprofit corporations that hire such individuals, and to name this act the Ohio Employment First and Greater Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities Act.
