Ohio HB518 amends juvenile court procedures for unruly and delinquent children.

Ohio HB518 amends sections 2151.354, 2152.19, and 2919.24 of the Ohio Revised Code. For unruly children, the court may require participation in drug or alcohol abuse counseling, suspend their driver's license, and mandate community service not exceeding 175 hours. For habitual truants, parents or guardians may be required to participate in truancy prevention mediation and community service programs.
