Proposing to enact Section 23 of Article I of the Constitution of the State of Ohio to establish a constitutional right to hunt and fish.

To enact sections 3301.96 and 3333.89 of the Revised Code to establish the Foster-to-College Scholarship Program, to require the Department of Education and Workforce to hire a full-time school foster care liaison, and to make an appropriation for the Foster-to-College Scholarship Program.

Proposing to amend Section 2 of Article XII and to enact Section 2b of Article XII of the Constitution of the State of Ohio to authorize land value taxes.

To amend sections 124.1310, 323.151, 323.152, 323.153, 3737.22, 3901.86, 4113.41, 4765.01, 4765.55, 5747.08, and 5747.98 and to enact sections 3333.27, 4765.551, 4765.61, 5747.87, and 5747.88 of the Revised Code to make changes regarding volunteer fire departments and volunteer firefighters and to make an appropriation.

To enact section 5534.59 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of I-70 in Franklin County as the "President Donald Trump Freedom Highway."

To amend section 5919.34 of the Revised Code regarding the Ohio National Guard Scholarship Program.

To amend sections 2305.111 and 2315.18 of the Revised Code regarding childhood sexual abuse and student sexual abuse and to amend the version of section 2305.111 that is scheduled to take effect on October 12, 2028, to continue the change on and after that date.

Honoring the longstanding partnership between the Province of Québec and the State of Ohio.

To amend section 4501.21 and to enact section 4503.739 of the Revised Code to create the "Chillicothe Paints" license plate.

To amend sections 4111.03 and 4111.14 and to enact section 4111.20 of the Revised Code regarding the distinction between employees and independent contractors under Ohio's overtime and minimum wage laws.

To amend sections 109.804, 124.11, and 124.30 and to enact sections 109.791 and 737.061 of the Revised Code regarding training schools for prospective law enforcement officers, filling a vacant police department position without a competitive examination, requirements for chief of police training, and advanced training for officers at or above the rank of sergeant.

To amend section 1345.81 and to enact sections 3937.51, 3937.52, 3937.53, and 3937.54 of the Revised Code to require certain disclosures, allow consumer choice concerning the use of aftermarket motor vehicle parts, to require the offering of coverage for original equipment manufacturer parts, and to name this act the Auto Insurance Transparency Act.

To amend sections 133.06, 3302.036, 3302.042, 3302.043, 3302.12, 3302.17, 3310.03, 3311.29, and 3314.102 and to repeal sections 3302.10, 3302.103, 3302.11, and 3302.111 of the Revised Code to dissolve existing academic distress commissions, to repeal the law that creates new commissions, and to declare an emergency.

To amend section 956.181 and to repeal section 956.23 of the Revised Code to alter the law governing the regulation of pet stores.

To enact section 5534.856 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of State Route 94 in Cuyahoga County as the "Specialist Fourth Class Frank A. Herda, Medal of Honor Recipient, Memorial Highway."
