To enact section 3710.30 of the Revised Code to allow a person to use recycled asphalt roofing shingles for construction purposes so long as the shingles do not contain asbestos.

To amend section 2917.12 of the Revised Code to increase the penalty for disturbing a lawful meeting under certain circumstances.

To enact section 4503.728 of the Revised Code to create the "SHELTER" license plate.

To amend sections 3313.669, 3314.03, 3326.11, 3328.24, and 5502.99 and to enact section 5502.264 of the Revised Code regarding a statewide behavioral threat management operational process for public and chartered nonpublic schools.

To enact section 4507.113 of the Revised Code to require the Bureau of Motor Vehicles to translate the Digest of Motor Vehicle Laws into additional languages.

To amend sections 4773.01, 4773.02, 4773.03, and 4773.06 of the Revised Code to revise the law governing general X-ray machine operators and other radiation technicians.

To amend sections 2151.23, 2151.233, 2151.352, 3101.01, 3101.05, and 3109.011 and to repeal sections 3101.02, 3101.04, 3101.041, and 3101.042 of the Revised Code to repeal law that authorizes a person who is seventeen years of age to marry.

To create the Artificial Intelligence Study Commission to study and make recommendations regarding the use of artificial intelligence in state and local government.

To enact section 5.213 of the Revised Code to designate February 20th as "Black Ohioan Civil War Medal of Honor Recipient Day."

To amend sections 1329.29 and 1329.99 and to enact sections 341.03, 753.022, 1329.291, 3313.8110, 3722.20, 5119.335, and 5120.101 of the Revised Code to require the provision of religious dietary food options in school districts, hospitals, and correctional facilities and to prohibit the misrepresentation of halal foods.

To enact section 5.2322 of the Revised Code to designate October 4th as "Henrietta Lacks Day."

To establish and convene a Blue Ribbon Committee in each county to review and assess each taxing unit within the county and each county program or department to identify duplication of services and generally to streamline and improve county efficiency and effectiveness.

To amend sections 323.152, 323.153, 323.156, 323.158, and 5747.85 of the Revised Code to expand the statewide owner-occupied residence property tax credit to all tax levies.

To amend sections 5739.02, 5747.01, and 5747.025 of the Revised Code to authorize tax incentives for conceived children and certain child care items and to name this act the Strategic Tax Opportunities for Raising Kids (STORK) Act.

To amend section 3501.09 of the Revised Code to authorize a board of elections to conduct meetings by video conference or any other similar electronic technology.

To urge the Congress of the United States to reject any moratorium on state laws regulating artificial intelligence.

To enact section 1345.023 of the Revised Code to enact the The Fee Transparency Act prohibiting a supplier from advertising, displaying, or offering a price for a good or service that does not include all mandatory fees and charges.

To amend sections 2945.37, 2945.38, 2945.39, and 2945.401 and to enact section 5120.101 of the Revised Code to enact the Mental Health and Community Wellness Act to amend the competency to stand trial law, to create the mental health and substance abuse community-based correctional facility pilot program, to require a prosecutor to file for civil confinement of a defendant who is found incompetent to stand trial and who is charged with a felony or a misdemeanor offense of violence, and to make an appropriation.

To amend sections 102.02, 709.022, 709.023, 709.024, 709.16, and 3735.67 and to enact section 3311.222 of the Revised Code to modify the law regarding annexation and financial disclosure forms, and to require school district approval of residential community reinvestment area property tax exemptions.

To amend sections 3796.06 and 3796.99 of the Revised Code to modify prohibitions regarding underage possession, consumption, and purchase of marijuana.

To amend section 2919.24 of the Revised Code to create the offense of neglect of parental duties.

To amend sections 323.151, 323.152, 323.153, 4503.064, 4503.065, and 4503.066 of the Revised Code to authorize a full homestead exemption for surviving spouses of members of the uniformed services killed in the line of duty.

To enact section 3317.50 of the Revised Code regarding school districts that bring a legal action against the state challenging the calculation and distribution of foundation funding and to make an appropriation.
