Ohio SJR6 seeks to propose a constitutional amendment to establish term limits for members of Congress.

Ohio SJR6 directs the House of Representatives to request a convention for proposing an amendment to the U.S. Constitution to set term limits for members of the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate. This application will be aggregated with similar applications from other states to meet the two-thirds requirement under Article V of the Constitution.
