Ohio HB75, known as the Chief Steven DiSario Act, amends sections of the Ohio Revised Code to prohibit restrictions on displaying the thin blue line flag in manufactured home parks, condominiums, neighborhoods, and rental properties. The bill allows for the display of the flag of the United States, the national league of families POW/MIA flag, and the thin blue line flag in accordance with state law, local ordinance, or a proclamation by the governor.
