Ohio HB723 prohibits nondisclosure agreements related to child sexual abuse.

Ohio HB723 amends the Revised Code to prohibit nondisclosure agreements regarding child sexual abuse. The bill specifies that any agreement or contract that limits the ability to notify law enforcement or regulatory agencies of child sexual abuse is void and unenforceable. The bill also repeals existing section 4117.10 and enacts new section 4113.25 to enforce these prohibitions.
