To amend sections 173.39 and 173.391 and to enact section 173.394 of the Revised Code regarding shared bathrooms under the assisted living program.

Proposing to enact Section 5 of Article V of the Constitution of the State of Ohio to require identification to vote.

To amend section 2945.21 of the Revised Code to enact the Fair Trial Protection Act to create a process for objecting to a peremptory challenge on the basis that the challenge is based on the prospective juror's race, color, religion, sex, military status, national origin, disability, age, or ancestry.

To amend section 3109.50 of the Revised Code regarding the definition of rape and sexual battery for purposes of laws governing parental rights.

To enact sections 3301.0717 and 3313.6025 of the Revised Code regarding the success sequence curriculum.

To amend sections 3109.51, 3109.52, 3109.53, 3109.54, 3109.57, 3109.59, 3109.60, 3109.65, 3109.66, 3109.67, 3109.69, 3109.70, 3109.71, 3109.74, 3109.76, 3310.41, 3310.51, 3313.64, 3313.649, and 3313.672 of the Revised Code to expand a grandparent power of attorney and a caretaker authorization affidavit to include any kinship caregiver and to add circumstances that authorize the execution of a power of attorney.

To amend sections 3712.01, 3712.03, 3712.04, 3712.06, and 3712.062 and to enact sections 3712.20 and 3712.21 of the Revised Code regarding the regulation of hospice care programs.

To encourage Congress to end support for post-secondary education loans.

To enact section 125.62 of the Revised Code to establish the Ohio-Made Medicine Manufacturing Program and to name this act the Ohio-Made Prescription Drug Act.

To make an appropriation to fully reimburse the stipends paid to teachers to complete science of reading professional development.

To enact section 5164.97 of the Revised Code regarding Medicaid coverage for treatment in place services provided by EMS organizations, and to make an appropriation.

To enact sections 3962.01, 3962.02, 3962.03, 3962.04, 3962.05, 3962.06, 3962.07, 3962.08, 3962.09, 3962.10, 3962.11, and 3962.12 of the Revised Code to prohibit various types of health care entities from being under common ownership.

To enact section 124.143 of the Revised Code regarding the elimination of vacant state civil service positions.

To amend section 2909.05 of the Revised Code to prohibit the unlawful removal of any item or adornment from any tomb, monument, gravestone, or other similar structure that is used as a memorial for the dead.

To amend sections 307.626 and 3701.045 and to enact sections 2151.4212, 2151.4214, and 2151.4216 of the Revised Code to enact Cassidy's Law regarding information sharing related to child welfare.

To amend section 3301.0718 and to enact section 3301.0733 of the Revised Code to enact the Food Literacy and Nutrition Education Act to require the Department of Education and Workforce to adopt food literacy standards for grades kindergarten through twelve.

To amend sections 5747.08 and 5747.98 and to enact section 5747.87 of the Revised Code to authorize a nonrefundable income tax credit for fertility treatment expenses.

To amend sections 3501.11 and 3501.29 of the Revised Code to require the boards of elections to minimize the standing time while waiting to vote for voters who experience difficulty standing for a prolonged period.

To amend section 3712.07 of the Revised Code regarding remuneration from residents of terminal care facilities for the homeless.

To amend sections 2923.11, 5739.01, 5739.02, 5739.03, 5739.17, 5747.08, and 5747.98 and to enact sections 2923.26, 2923.27, 3701.982, and 5747.74 of the Revised Code to enact Amya's Law for Child Access Prevention to provide for the safe storage of firearms, to authorize a nonrefundable income tax credit for the purchase of secure storage and safety devices, and to exempt such devices from sales and use tax.

To enact sections 3902.65 and 5164.081 of the Revised Code to require insurance and Medicaid coverage of colorectal cancer screenings for individuals age 21 and older.

To urge the Supreme Court of Ohio and the Ohio judicial system to encourage remote appearances of sexual assault nurse examiners in sexual assault trials so that sexual assault nurse examiners can spend less time in courtrooms and more time providing valuable services to victims of sexual assault.

To establish the Ohio Economic Task Force on Gun Violence and Violent Crimes to study the impact of gun violence and other violent crimes on Ohio businesses.
