Allows registration of a humvee as a historical motor vehicle in Ohio.

The bill amends Ohio's Revised Code to allow the registration of a high-mobility multipurpose wheeled vehicle, commonly known as a humvee, as a historical motor vehicle. This vehicle must be over twenty-five years old and owned solely as a collector's item for participation in club activities, exhibitions, tours, parades, and similar uses. It cannot be used for general transportation, business for profit, or intrastate commerce. Owners must execute an affidavit stating the vehicle is safe and complies with federal safety requirements.
