Proposing to amend Section 11 of Article XV of the Constitution of the State of Ohio to reconcile Ohio law with federal law regarding same sex marriage and to recognize the right to interracial marriage.

To amend sections 4111.03, 4111.14, 4113.15, 4121.01, 4123.01, 4141.01, and 5747.01 and to enact section 4113.87 of the Revised Code to specify that a health care worker is not the employee of a health care worker platform or health care facility for purposes of specified laws under certain circumstances.

To urge Congress to reissue Department of Defense Civilian Retiree Identification Cards.

To enact section 109.70 of the Revised Code to prohibit law enforcement agencies from using quotas for arrests and citations.

To amend section 3959.01 and to enact sections 3957.01, 3957.02, 3957.03, 3957.04, 3957.05, 3957.06, 3957.07, 3957.08, 3957.09, 3957.10, 3957.11, 3957.12, 3957.13, 3957.14, 3957.15, 3957.16, 3957.17, and 3957.99 of the Revised Code to establish a stand-alone licensing process and new contractual requirements for pharmacy benefit managers.

To amend sections 4905.02 and 4905.03 of the Revised Code to regulate resellers of public utility services as public utilities.

To enact section 5.212 of the Revised Code to designate March 9th as "6888th Central Postal Directory Battalion Day."

To enact section 5.2322 of the Revised Code to designate April as "Counseling Awareness Month."

To enact section 5.2541 of the Revised Code to designate the first full week of June as "Love Makes a Family Week."

To enact section 5.282 of the Revised Code to designate May 29 as "Sojourner Truth Day."

To amend sections 3501.01, 3503.09, 3503.10, 3503.11, 3503.14, 3503.15, 3503.151, 3503.152, 3503.153, 3503.16, 3503.19, 3503.20, 3503.23, 3503.28, 3505.181, 3509.02, 3509.04, 3509.07, 3509.08, 3513.041, 3513.05, 3513.07, 3513.18, 3513.19, 3513.191, 3513.257, 3517.012, 3517.013, and 3599.12; to enact section 3503.071; and to repeal sections 3513.192 and 3513.20 of the Revised Code to require an elector to register as a member of a political party in order to participate in that party's primary election.

To make an appropriation to support higher education institutions that are members of the Ohio Veterans Education Council.

To enact section 3301.25 of the Revised Code to establish the Community Connectors Workforce Program and to make an appropriation.

To amend sections 3313.60, 3314.03, 3326.11, and 3328.24 and to enact sections 3301.0717 and 3313.6031 of the Revised Code regarding success sequence and character education curriculum.

To amend section 3501.01 of the Revised Code to require a presidential primary election to be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in May.

To amend section 3313.601 of the Revised Code to require rather than permit school districts to provide a moment of silence each school day.
