To create the Ohio Local and Organic Food and Farm Task Force.

Applying to the Congress of the United States for a limited national convention for the exclusive purpose of proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to establish term limits for members of Congress.

To enact section 4501.41 of the Revised Code to require the Registrar of Motor Vehicles and deputy registrars to assist customers with locating and claiming unclaimed funds.

To amend section 5747.01 of the Revised Code to allow a personal income tax deduction for certain donations to churches and to name this act the Tithing Protection Act.

To amend sections 122.58, 169.01, 169.02, 169.03, 169.05, 169.06, 169.07, 169.08, 169.09, 169.12, 169.16, 169.99, and 5703.21; to enact sections 169.091, 169.18, 169.19, and 169.20; and to repeal section 169.10 of the Revised Code to make changes to the Unclaimed Funds Law.

To repeal section 9.76 of the Revised Code to eliminate a requirement that state contracts include a provision in which the company declares it is not boycotting any jurisdiction with which Ohio can enjoy open trade, including Israel, and will not do so during the contract period.

To create the Farming and Workforce Development Program and to make an appropriation.

To amend sections 5747.08 and 5747.98 and to enact section 5747.053 of the Revised Code to authorize a nonrefundable income tax credit for family caregiving expenses.

To amend section 3501.05 and to enact section 3501.055 of the Revised Code to establish the Election Integrity Unit in the Office of the Secretary of State and to modify the law governing the prosecution of Election Law violations.

To amend sections 319.202, 319.302, 323.155, 323.158, 4503.0610, and 5323.02 and to enact sections 323.21 and 323.22 of the Revised Code to allow eligible homeowners to defer the payment of a portion of their property taxes.

To amend sections 323.152, 323.153, 323.158, 4503.06, 4503.066, 4503.067, 4503.068, 4503.069, and 4503.0610 and to enact section 4503.0612 of the Revised Code to authorize a property tax reduction for certain owner-occupied homes.

To amend section 3902.50 and to enact section 3902.80 of the Revised Code to regulate the use of artificial intelligence by health insurers.

To enact section 3318.72 of the Revised Code regarding school district acquisition of preschool classroom facilities.

To enact section 5534.609 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of State Route 241 in Summit County as the "Captain Joshua Michael McClimans Memorial Highway."

To amend section 4503.44 of the Revised Code to require the issuance of orange removable windshield placards imprinted with International Symbol of Access in certain circumstances.

To amend sections 167.02 and 167.04 and to enact sections 713.41, 713.42, and 713.43 of the Revised Code regarding regional councils of government and metropolitan planning organizations.

To enact section 5534.617 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of I-280 in Lucas County as the "SSG Jack W. Coy Veterans Memorial Highway."

To enact sections 4933.51, 4933.52, 4933.53, 4933.55, 4933.57, 4933.58, 4933.59, and 4933.60 of the Revised Code to prohibit certain public utilities from recovering political expenditure costs from their customers.

To amend sections 1901.021, 1901.14, 1901.22, 1901.31, 1907.20, 2111.011, 2307.23, 2317.02, 2317.021, 2317.41, 2317.422, 2939.03, 2939.06, 2941.61, 2943.02, 2945.51, 2945.52, 2945.53, and 2945.54 and to repeal sections 1901.16, 1901.41, 1907.21, 1907.231, 2101.12, 2101.121, 2101.14, 2101.141, 2301.141, 2317.03, 2317.40, 2317.42, 2939.02, 2939.20, 2941.021, 2943.03, 2943.04, 2945.12, 2945.30, 2945.31, 2945.33, 2945.34, 2945.41, 2945.45, and 2945.50 of the Revised Code relative to courts and court procedures.

To enact section 4743.21 of the Revised Code regarding the use of artificial intelligence in therapy services.
