To amend Section 423.190 of H.B. 96 of the 136th General Assembly to revise the law governing the Child Care Choice Voucher Program.

To amend section 145.295 of the Revised Code regarding transfers or purchases of certain retirement service credit.

To amend sections 2907.01 and 2923.31 and to enact section 2907.251 of the Revised Code to prohibit a person from receiving proceeds of prostitution.

To enact section 3722.15 of the Revised Code to require hospital and freestanding emergency departments to be supervised by physicians.

To enact sections 9.484 and 1521.301 of the Revised Code to require data centers to report monthly and yearly water consumption and to prohibit data centers from including water consumption information in nondisclosure agreements with political subdivisions.

To amend sections 3517.01 and 3517.08 of the Revised Code to allow a campaign committee to refund a political contribution to the donor for any reason.

To amend sections 3314.03 and 3326.11 and to enact sections 3301.96, 3313.475, and 5103.62 of the Revised Code to enact the Fostering School Success Act.

To amend section 5923.05 of the Revised Code regarding paid military leave for law enforcement officers.

To amend sections 187.01, 187.04, and 4313.02 and to enact sections 117.57, 127.20, and 187.15 of the Revised Code to modify the law governing JobsOhio and to name this act the JobsOhio Transparency Act.

To amend sections 317.22 and 4735.141 and to enact section 317.43 of the Revised Code regarding deed and title fraud prevention.

To amend section 4928.01 and to enact sections 4928.74, 4928.741, and 4928.742 of the Revised Code regarding portable solar generation devices.

To amend sections 2907.321, 2907.322, and 2907.323 of the Revised Code to prohibit use of an artificially generated depiction of a minor for obscene purposes.

To amend sections 187.01, 187.04, and 4313.02 and to enact sections 117.57, 127.20, and 187.15 of the Revised Code to modify the law governing JobsOhio and to name this act the JobsOhio Transparency Act.

To amend sections 917.01, 917.02, 917.04, 917.07, 917.09, and 917.99 and to enact sections 917.041 and 917.042 of the Revised Code to regulate the sale of raw milk and to name this act the Farm-to-Consumer Access to Raw Milk Act.

To urge the Congress of the United States to grant statehood to Washington, D.C.

To enact section 3321.044 of the Revised Code regarding attendance at school during participation in district-approved activities.

To amend sections 124.15, 124.152, 3328.15, 3333.01, 3770.02, 4121.02, and 4905.10 of the Revised Code regarding maximum compensation paid to individuals appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Senate.

To enact section 5.63 of the Revised Code to designate October 14 as "Charlie Kirk Memorial Day."

To amend sections 1349.10 and 1349.101 and to enact section 109.1111 of the Revised Code to establish the Innocence Act Enforcement Fund, designate specified provisions of law as the Innocence Act, and clarify the Attorney General's enforcement authority.

To enact section 5.2323 of the Revised Code to designate May as "Myositis Awareness Month."
