Ohio

To amend sections 5104.015, 5104.017, 5104.018, and 5104.019 and to enact section 5104.044 of the Revised Code regarding procedures for inspecting child care providers.

To enact section 5534.971 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of Interstate 275 in Hamilton County as the "Deputy Larry Henderson Memorial Highway."

To amend sections 729.49, 735.29, and 743.04 and to enact sections 743.51, 743.52, 743.53, and 743.54 of the Revised Code regarding unpaid municipal utility services.

To amend sections 4725.01, 4725.011, 4725.02, 4725.09, 4725.11, 4725.12, 4725.121, 4725.13, 4725.15, 4725.16, 4725.18, 4725.19, 4725.20, 4725.21, 4725.23, 4725.231, 4725.24, 4725.25, 4725.26, 4725.27, 4725.31, 4725.34, 4725.35, 4725.501, 4725.531, and 4725.59, to enact section 4725.012, and to repeal section 4725.131 of the Revised Code to revise the law governing the practice of optometry.

To amend section 5919.29 and to enact section 5925.01 of the Revised Code to modify the Governor's responsibilities and authority regarding the Ohio National Guard and certain deployments of National Guard units in the state.

To amend section 5104.02 of the Revised Code to exempt from licensure family child care providers certified by a branch of the United States armed forces.

To enact sections 3724.01, 3724.02, 3724.03, 3724.04, 3724.05, 3724.06, 3724.07, 3724.08, 3724.09, 3724.10, 3724.99, 5164.27, and 5166.111 of the Revised Code regarding prescribed pediatric extended care centers.

To enact sections 3701.89, 3701.891, and 3701.892 of the Revised Code to establish the Rural Health Transformation Program.

To amend sections 5537.01 and 5537.04 and to enact section 5537.31 of the Revised Code to require the sale of E15 blended fuel at turnpike service facilities and a feasibility study related to the sale of biodiesel fuel at those facilities.

To amend sections 3313.5310, 3707.58, 3707.59, 4723.24, 4723.28, 4730.14, 4730.25, 4731.22, and 4731.281 and to enact sections 3707.591, 3707.592, 4723.484, 4730.46, 4731.89, and 5164.21 of the Revised Code regarding cardiac monitoring for youth and to name the amendments and enactments by this act the Healthy Cardiac Monitoring Act.

To amend section 4501.21 and to enact section 4503.898 of the Revised Code to create the "Pediatric Cancer Awareness" license plate.

To amend section 3701.23 of the Revised Code to modify disease reporting requirements.

To amend sections 4722.01, 4722.03, 4722.06, 4722.07, and 4722.08 and to enact sections 4722.20, 4722.21, 4722.22, 4722.23, 4722.24, 4722.25, and 4722.26 of the Revised Code to regulate the practices of roofing contractors and the terms of their contracts.

Highlighting the importance of the United States founding documents, including the Constitution of the United States, in establishing the rights and privileges of citizens and residents.

To amend sections 3721.60, 3721.61, 3721.63, and 3721.65 of the Revised Code to make changes regarding electronic monitoring of a resident's room in a long-term care facility.

To enact sections 4908.01, 4908.02, 4908.021, 4908.022, 4908.023, 4908.03, 4908.031, 4908.032, 4908.033, 4908.034, 4908.04, 4908.041, 4908.042, 4908.05, 4908.051, 4908.052, 4908.053, and 4908.06 of the Revised Code to require the Public Utility Commission's approval of agreements to interconnect data centers to the electrical grid.

To enact sections 3902.65 and 5164.081 of the Revised Code to require insurance and Medicaid coverage of the diagnosis and treatment of menopause, perimenopause, and menopausal and perimenopausal symptoms and to name this act the Ohio Menopause, Perimenopause, and Hormone Therapy Coverage Act.

To amend section 5104.54 of the Revised Code to modify Ohio's child care cost-sharing program and to name this act the Fair Tri-Share Child Care Program Act.

To amend sections 126.021, 126.024, 173.19, 1751.03, 3701.741, 3901.81, 3902.70, 3903.14, 3903.42, 3959.01, 3963.06, 4121.50, 4729.20, 4729.49, 4729.80, 4729.84, 4729.86, 5160.01, 5160.34, 5160.37, 5160.371, 5160.40, 5162.01, 5162.021, 5162.13, 5162.1310, 5162.73, 5164.01, 5164.38, 5164.46, 5164.74, 5164.751, 5166.01, 5166.40, 5166.405, 5166.406, 5168.75, 5168.76, 5739.01, and 5739.03; to amend, for the purpose of adopting a new section number as indicated in parentheses, section 5162.73 (5162.74); to enact new section 5162.73; and to repeal sections 1751.271, 3901.815, 3903.421, 5164.741, 5167.01, 5167.02, 5167.03, 5167.031, 5167.04, 5167.05, 5167.051, 5167.09, 5167.10, 5167.101, 5167.103, 5167.11, 5167.12, 5167.122, 5167.123, 5167.13, 5167.14, 5167.15, 5167.16, 5167.17, 5167.171, 5167.173, 5167.18, 5167.20, 5167.201, 5167.21, 5167.22, 5167.221, 5167.24, 5167.241, 5167.243, 5167.244, 5167.245, 5167.26, 5167.30, 5167.31, 5167.32, 5167.33, 5167.34, 5167.35, 5167.40, 5167.41, 5167.45, 5167.47, and 5739.051 of the Revised Code to eliminate the care management system from the Medicaid program and to name this act the Medicaid Savings Act.

To amend sections 145.22, 145.23, 145.35, 145.46, 145.561, and 742.63 and to enact sections 145.71, 145.72, 145.721, 145.722, 145.73, 145.74, 145.75, 145.751, 145.76, and 145.77 of the Revised Code to establish a deferred retirement option plan for law enforcement officers in the Public Employees Retirement System.

To amend sections 309.09 and 733.48 of the Revised Code to allow a village to contract with the county prosecutor for legal services.
