The bill establishes the Frontier Technologies and Quantum Computing Commission to study the rapid development of frontier technologies, including artificial intelligence, biotechnology, quantum computing, and robotics. The Commission comprises three House members, three Senators, and three technical experts appointed by the Governor. It will prepare a report by December 31, 2026, and ceases to exist upon completion. Members are not compensated unless their service coincides with their regular duties.
