Ohio

To make an appropriation to support Junior Achievement of Northwestern Ohio's fifth year program.

To amend sections 5502.29 and 5502.41 and to enact section 5502.301 of the Revised Code regarding workers' compensation coverage for a member of an urban search and rescue unit rendering assistance in Ohio at the request of the state's Emergency Management Agency Executive Director.

To enact sections 4731.12 and 4731.121 of the Revised Code to enact the Interstate Podiatric Medical Licensure Compact.

To amend sections 4507.01, 4507.50, 4507.51, 4507.52, and 5120.102 and to enact sections 2301.551 and 5120.106 of the Revised Code to require that community-based correctional facilities and programs and halfway house organizations assist inmates in obtaining state identification cards prior to release.

To amend sections 3314.03, 3326.11, and 3328.24 and to enact section 3313.475 of the Revised Code and to amend Section 221.20 of H.B. 96 of the 136th General Assembly as subsequently amended to require public and chartered nonpublic schools to purchase and install an exterior secure master key box for each school building.

To amend sections 4501.01, 4503.10, 4503.103, 4503.107, 4506.14, 4507.09, and 4507.501 of the Revised Code to require all limited term licenses and identification cards to have a maximum one-year expiration and prohibit multi-year or permanent vehicle-related registrations for temporary residents.

To enact section 2151.032 of the Revised Code to clarify that a child who is granted permission to engage in independent activities is not considered to be an abused or neglected child.

To enact section 701.11 of the Revised Code to create the State and Municipal Government Commission.

To amend sections 2108.18, 2108.99, and 2919.14 of the Revised Code to expand the prohibitions on abortion trafficking and the sale of a product of human conception resulting from abortion.

To enact section 5180.23 of the Revised Code to require the Children and Youth Advisory Council to develop a plan to establish a universal home visiting program for parents and caregivers of children and to name this act the Family Home Visits Act.

To amend section 5747.01 and to enact sections 4143.01, 4143.02, 4143.03, 4143.04, 4143.05, 4143.06, 4143.07, 4143.08, 4143.09, 4143.10, 4143.11, 4143.12, 4143.13, 4143.14, 4143.15, 4143.16, 4143.17, and 4143.18 of the Revised Code to establish family and medical leave insurance benefits.

To enact section 3345.211 of the Revised Code to enact the Campus Self-Defense Act to allow adults to carry nonlethal self-defense weapons on state institution of higher education campuses.

To amend sections 3513.07 and 3513.261 and to repeal section 3505.02 of the Revised Code to require space on declarations of candidacy and petition forms for former names, and to remove the requirement that former names appear on the ballot.

To amend sections 4933.12 and 4933.121 and to enact sections 4933.124, 4933.125, 4933.126, 4933.127, and 4933.128 of the Revised Code regarding limitations to terminating utility service for residential customers.

To amend sections 9.68, 109.69, 109.731, 311.41, 311.42, 311.43, 1547.69, 2921.13, 2923.11, 2923.111, 2923.12, 2923.121, 2923.122, 2923.123, 2923.124, 2923.125, 2923.126, 2923.127, 2923.128, 2923.129, 2923.1210, 2923.1211, 2923.1212, 2923.1213, 2923.16, 2923.17, 2953.35, 4511.19, and 4749.10 and to repeal section 1533.04 of the Revised Code to enact the Freedom to Carry Act to rename a concealed handgun license a concealed weapons license, to allow a concealed weapons licensee to carry a concealed deadly weapon other than an exclusive deadly weapon, and to allow the possession or transportation of a loaded firearm while in a motor vehicle or vessel.

To amend sections 5162.20 and 5167.12 and to enact sections 3902.65 and 5164.094 of the Revised Code to require health benefit plans and the Medicaid Program to cover epinephrine and glucagon for individuals eighteen years of age and younger and to cap cost sharing for epinephrine and glucagon in any form.

To enact sections 120.09, 120.091, and 120.092 of the Revised Code to create the court-appointed public defender loan repayment program.

To amend section 1533.99 and to enact section 1533.711 of the Revised Code to establish requirements related to the possession of certain animals for commercial purposes.

To enact sections 3902.81, 3902.82, and 3902.83 of the Revised Code to establish a reinsurance program.

To amend sections 149.311 and 175.16 of the Revised Code to allow area agencies on aging to couple the state historic rehabilitation and low-income housing tax credits and require a minimum price for low-income housing tax credits transferred by area agencies on aging.

To enact section 3701.27 of the Revised Code to establish the Children's Dental Services Program and to make an appropriation.

To amend section 3715.99 and to enact sections 3715.811, 3715.812, and 3715.813 of the Revised Code to prohibit the sale of over-the-counter diet pills and dietary supplements for weight loss or muscle building to minors.

To amend sections 1345.99 and 3901.99 and to enact sections 1345.033 and 3901.216 of the Revised Code to prohibit certain increases in the prices of, and cost sharing for, prescription drugs and drug therapy related devices and supplies during a shortage and to name this act the Medical Shortage Protection Act.
