Ohio

To amend section 153.03 and to enact sections 4123.221, 4123.346, and 4123.347 of the Revised Code regarding the Bureau of Workers' Compensation drug free workplace program.

To amend section 5739.02 of the Revised Code to exempt sales of aircraft to nonresidents from sales tax.

To enact sections 4981.36 and 4981.361 of the Revised Code to adopt the Midwest Interstate Passenger Rail Compact.

To amend section 2921.04 and to enact section 2921.06 of the Revised Code to create the offense of jury tampering and to include a public servant in the offense of intimidation of an attorney, victim, witness, or public servant in a criminal case.

To amend sections 121.95 and 121.951 of the Revised Code to revise the definition of "regulatory restriction" for purposes of administrative rulemaking and to specify that certain rule changes alone do not eliminate a restriction.

To amend sections 1343.01, 1343.03, 2716.02, 2716.03, and 4712.01 of the Revised Code regarding medical debt and to name this act the Ohio Medical Debt Fairness Act.

To amend sections 3301.0711, 3310.03, 3310.13, 3310.14, 3310.15, 3313.618, 3313.619, 3313.976, 3314.03, 3319.324, and 3326.11 and to enact sections 117.113, 3301.165, 3301.166, 3301.167, 3302.0311, and 3313.6612 of the Revised Code to enact the Take the Dough, We Gotta Know Act regarding chartered nonpublic schools that participate in the Educational Choice and Pilot Project scholarship programs and disciplinary record requirements for schools.

To amend section 149.43 of the Revised Code to exempt from disclosure under Public Records Law, the name and address of a grand juror and the signature of a grand-jury foreperson, and to name this act the Grand Jury Privacy and Protection Act.

To enact section 3905.427 of the Revised Code to enact the Rental Home Marketplace Guarantees Act.

To amend section 3301.0718 and to enact section 3301.0733 of the Revised Code to enact the Food Literacy Standards Act to require the Department of Education and Workforce to adopt food literacy standards for grades kindergarten through twelve.

To enact section 122.074 of the Revised Code to create the Ohio, The Heart of It All Pass program under TourismOhio.

To amend section 5747.01 and to enact sections 4143.01, 4143.02, 4143.03, 4143.04, 4143.05, 4143.06, 4143.07, 4143.08, 4143.09, 4143.10, 4143.11, 4143.12, 4143.13, 4143.14, 4143.15, 4143.16, 4143.17, and 4143.18 of the Revised Code to establish family and medical leave insurance benefits.

To amend sections 4561.01, 4561.021, 4561.05, 4561.06, 4561.08, 4561.09, 4561.11, 4561.12, 4561.14, 4561.15, 4561.31, 4561.32, 4561.33, 4561.34, 4561.341, 4561.35, 4561.36, 4561.37, 4561.38, 4561.39, 4561.99, 4563.01, 4563.03, 4563.031, 4563.032, 4563.04, 4563.05, 4563.06, 4563.07, 4563.08, 4563.09, 4563.10, 4563.11, 4563.12, 4563.13, 4563.16, 4563.18, 4563.20, 4563.21, and 4906.10; to enact section 4561.40; and to repeal section 4561.30 of the Revised Code to make changes to the laws regarding navigable airspace and to name this act the Airspace Protection Act.

To amend section 4123.512 of the Revised Code to impose a fine against an employer who appeals specified awards of workers' compensation related to cancer incurred while performing official duties as a firefighter if the employer loses the appeal.

To amend sections 4501.01, 4505.08, 4505.111, and 4513.02 and to enact sections 4503.184, 4505.073, and 4513.381 of the Revised Code to allow for the registration of a high mobility multipurpose wheeled vehicle manufactured for military purposes, commonly known as a humvee.

To amend sections 3301.135, 3313.718, 3313.719, 3313.7110, 3313.7111, 3314.141, 3314.143, 3326.28, 3328.24, 3328.29, 3728.01, 4723.483, 4729.01, 4729.51, 4729.513, 4729.541, 4729.88, 4730.433, 4731.96, 4731.961, and 5180.26 and to enact section 4729.262 of the Revised Code to authorize the procurement and emergency use of additional types of epinephrine delivery systems by schools, school districts, and camps.

To amend sections 959.99, 2907.04, 2907.05, 2907.321, 2907.322, 2907.323, 2929.14, and 2950.01 and to enact section 2941.1427 of the Revised Code to make changes to various sexually oriented offenses involving juvenile victims.

To amend section 4731.33 and to enact section 4731.331 of the Revised Code to revise the law governing the application of light-based medical devices for the purpose of hair removal.

To amend sections 111.41, 111.42, 111.99, 149.43, 3503.13, and 3503.24 and to enact section 3513.053 of the Revised Code to expand the Address Confidentiality Program, to exempt judges' and prosecutors' addresses from disclosure, and to make related changes to the Election Law.

To amend sections 306.04 and 306.14 of the Revised Code to authorize a board of county commissioners, on its own behalf, to award a franchise for the operation of a public transit system.

To amend sections 2305.06 and 2305.07 of the Revised Code to reduce the statute of limitations for bringing an action upon a written or oral contract.

To amend sections 1345.51, 2907.321, 2907.322, 2907.323, and 2913.49 and to enact sections 1349.13 and 1349.14 of the Revised Code to require AI-generated products to have a watermark, to prohibit simulated child pornography, and to prohibit identity fraud using a replica of a person.

To amend sections 2127.38 and 5721.10 of the Revised Code to amend the law related to fees for the administration of a probate estate.
