To amend section 4123.512 of the Revised Code to impose a fine against an employer who appeals specified awards of workers' compensation related to cancer incurred while performing official duties as a firefighter if the employer loses the appeal.

Allow registration of a humvee as a historical motor vehicle

To amend sections 4501.01, 4505.08, 4505.111, and 4513.02 and to enact sections 4503.184, 4505.073, and 4513.381 of the Revised Code to allow for the registration of a high mobility multipurpose wheeled vehicle manufactured for military purposes, commonly known as a humvee.

Regards student use of a nasal epinephrine delivery device

To amend sections 3301.135, 3313.718, 3313.719, 3313.7110, 3313.7111, 3314.141, 3314.143, 3326.28, 3328.24, 3328.29, 3728.01, 4723.483, 4729.01, 4729.51, 4729.513, 4729.541, 4729.88, 4730.433, 4731.96, 4731.961, and 5180.26 and to enact section 4729.262 of the Revised Code to authorize the procurement and emergency use of additional types of epinephrine delivery systems by schools, school districts, and camps.

Regards sexually oriented offenses involving juveniles, animals

To amend sections 959.99, 2907.04, 2907.05, 2907.321, 2907.322, 2907.323, 2929.14, and 2950.01 and to enact section 2941.1427 of the Revised Code to make changes to various sexually oriented offenses involving juvenile victims.

Regards use of light-based medical devices for hair removal

To amend section 4731.33 and to enact section 4731.331 of the Revised Code to revise the law governing the application of light-based medical devices for the purpose of hair removal.

Expand the Address Confidentiality Program

To amend sections 111.41, 111.42, 111.99, 149.43, 3503.13, and 3503.24 and to enact section 3513.053 of the Revised Code to expand the Address Confidentiality Program, to exempt judges' and prosecutors' addresses from disclosure, and to make related changes to the Election Law.

Allow county comm to award a franchise for public transit system

To amend sections 306.04 and 306.14 of the Revised Code to authorize a board of county commissioners, on its own behalf, to award a franchise for the operation of a public transit system.

Reduce statute of limitations for contract actions

To amend sections 2305.06 and 2305.07 of the Revised Code to reduce the statute of limitations for bringing an action upon a written or oral contract.

Regards AI images, simulated child porn, replica identity fraud

To amend sections 1345.51, 2907.321, 2907.322, 2907.323, and 2913.49 and to enact sections 1349.13 and 1349.14 of the Revised Code to require AI-generated products to have a watermark, to prohibit simulated child pornography, and to prohibit identity fraud using a replica of a person.

Revise fees for the administration of a probate estate

To amend sections 2127.38 and 5721.10 of the Revised Code to amend the law related to fees for the administration of a probate estate.
