Introduced·5/19/26
Introduced Text

Ohio HB931 mandates state agencies to use E15 blended fuel for their motor vehicles.

Ohio HB931 requires state agencies to use E15 blended fuel for their motor vehicles whenever possible. The bill defines E15 blended fuel as gasoline containing more than ten and not more than fifteen volume percent ethanol. The director of administrative services must phase in these requirements over four years. The bill also repeals sections 125.831 and 125.832 of the Revised Code and enacts new sections to establish a fleet management program for state motor vehicles. This program includes cost-effective acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of state-owned or leased vehicles.
