Ohio

To enact sections 5164.40 and 5164.41 of the Revised Code to impose insurance requirements on certain Medicaid providers.

To urge Congress to designate the Honor and Remember Flag as a national symbol to honor service members who died in the line of duty.

To amend sections 323.151, 323.152, 4503.064, and 4503.065 of the Revised Code to expand the enhanced homestead exemption for the surviving spouse of a disabled veteran.

To amend section 3317.13 of the Revised Code regarding the minimum teacher salary schedule.

To enact section 5.63 of the Revised Code to designate October as "Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) Awareness Month."

To amend sections 1506.01, 1506.02, 1506.06, 1506.10, 1506.11, 1506.40, 1506.41, and 1506.44 and to enact sections 1506.401, 1506.402, and 1506.403 of the Revised Code to alter the law governing coastal management.

To amend section 122.175 of the Revised Code to prohibit new data center sales tax exemptions from being granted.

To amend sections 755.13, 3313.717, 3314.16, and 3701.851 and to enact section 3701.852 of the Revised Code regarding staffing requirements in athletic facilities with staff trained in automated external defibrillation and cardiopulmonary resuscitation, placement of automated external defibrillators in school-related locations, and emergency action plans adopted by sports and recreation locations and schools.

To amend sections 151.01, 151.08, 164.03, 164.08, 3318.042, 3318.49, 3343.05, 5751.02, and 5751.20 and to enact sections 3318.33 and 3343.11 of the Revised Code and to amend Sections 357.09, 357.15, 357.16, 357.24, 357.28, 357.34, 357.36, 371.10, 371.20, 373.10, 373.15, 387.10, and 387.13 of H.B. 730 of the 136th General Assembly and Section 200.30 of H.B. 2 of the 135th General Assembly as subsequently amended to make capital appropriations for the biennium ending June 30, 2028, and to declare an emergency.

To amend sections 505.431 and 3313.951 of the Revised Code to authorize a law enforcement agency to provide school resource officer services to a chartered nonpublic school.

To amend section 1509.10 and to enact sections 1509.101 and 1509.102 of the Revised Code to alter the requirements regarding the disclosure of certain information involving chemicals used in oil and gas well operations.

To amend sections 109.71, 109.77, 2935.01, 3501.05, 3501.055, 3503.02, 3503.14, 3503.21, 3503.33, 3517.14, 3517.15, and 3517.16 and to enact sections 111.50, 3503.34, and 3503.35 of the Revised Code to make changes to the Election Law regarding voter registration, voter roll maintenance, and enforcement and to name portions of this act the Interstate Voter Assistance Act.

To support and encourage the work of the American Legion Buckeye Boys State and the American Legion Auxiliary Buckeye Girls State in providing a premier educational and leadership program to the youth of Ohio.

To enact section 5.2322 of the Revised Code to designate October 1st as "761st Tank Battalion Day."

To amend sections 3713.01 and 3713.02 of the Revised Code regarding health and safety requirements for stuffed toys.

To enact section 3902.65 of the Revised Code regarding insurance coverage for augmentative and alternative communication tools.

To amend sections 113.70, 113.71, 113.72, 113.73, 113.74, 113.75, 113.76, and 5501.521; to enact new section 113.77 and sections 113.80, 113.81, 113.82, 113.83, and 113.84; and to repeal section 113.77 of the Revised Code to create the Ohio Local Government Expenditure Database and require political subdivision participation, to require the state retirement systems to participate in the Ohio State Government Expenditure Database, and to make an appropriation.

To enact section 5167.124 of the Revised Code regarding coverage of pharmacogenomic testing by Medicaid managed care organizations.

To amend sections 1751.12 and 1751.32 and to enact sections 3923.811 and 3959.21 of the Revised Code to prohibit certain health insurance cost-sharing practices.
