Establishes the Long-term Care Workforce Study Commission to study and recommend policies for the long-term care workforce in Ohio.

The bill establishes the Long-term Care Workforce Study Commission to study the direct care and long-term care workforce in Ohio. The Commission will make policy recommendations on measuring demand, projecting future needs, identifying barriers to hiring, improving job quality, increasing shared staffing, and funding mechanisms. The Commission will also develop strategies to support career ladders, identify educational needs, and encourage recruitment.
