GEOTHERMAL -- Amends existing law to provide for the municipal use of geothermal water.

INDIGENT ELIGIBILITY -- Repeals existing law related to financial assistance eligibility.

BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION -- Amends existing law to revise a provision regarding employment of relatives and to provide an exemption regarding the employment of certain relatives.

EDUCATION -- Adds to existing law to require Idaho public schools to establish policies providing for a daily moment of silence.

APPROPRIATIONS -- PUBLIC SAFETY -- Relates to the maintenance appropriation to Public Safety for fiscal year 2027.

IDAHO SUPREME COURT -- Amends existing law to authorize the Idaho Legislature to review court rules in certain instances.

EDUCATION -- Adds to existing law to provide for the State of Idaho to elect to participate in the federal tax credit scholarship program.

JURIES -- Amends existing law to allow prospective jurors in certain circumstances to volunteer as poll workers in lieu of serving on a jury.

CALL OF THE HOUSE -- Proposes an amendment to House Rule 18 to provide for the doors to the east wing of the third floor of the state capitol building to be locked during a call of the House and to provide for members to return to their floor desks when business is transacted.

MIDWIFERY -- Amends and adds to existing law to provide for a licensed midwife to obtain and administer medication indicated for maternal care or neonatal care if a midwife possesses requisite education, training, and experience.

HEALTH CARE -- Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding certain out-of-pocket payments for health care services.

MILITARY -- Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding leaves of absence from regular duties for military duty.

ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, AND HVAC INSPECTIONS -- Amends and adds to existing law to provide for state-certified private inspections.

AGRICULTURAL PROJECTS -- Amends and adds to existing law to provide for the Idaho Direct to Consumer Commerce Act.

RAPE -- Amends existing law to revise a provision regarding the punishment for rape.

MOTOR VEHICLES -- Amends and adds to existing law to establish a white and black license plate.

SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION COMMISSION -- Amends existing law to provide that the commission be established in the Idaho Department of Water Resources.

LICENSING -- Amends existing law to provide for additional training requirements for foster parents.

MERIT-BASED HEALTH CARE -- Adds to existing law to establish the Merit-Based Health Care Act.

UNIFORM GUARDIANSHIP, CONSERVATORSHIP, AND OTHER PROTECTIVE ARRANGEMENTS ACT -- Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to establish the Uniform Guardianship, Conservatorship, and Other Protective Arrangements Act.

CLOUD SEEDING -- Amends and adds to existing law to revise provisions regarding cloud seeding programs.

VOTING -- Amends existing law to revise a provision regarding voting by persons convicted of felonies in other states.

TRANSPORTATION -- Amends and repeals existing law to remove obsolete language.

ELECTIONS -- Repeals and adds to existing law to provide for the crime of illegal voting, to provide for the crime of interference with an election, and to provide for the crime of tampering with voting machines or vote tally systems.

RURAL HEALTH TRANSFORMATION -- Adds to existing law to establish the Idaho Rural Health Transformation Fund and the Rural Health Transformation Committee.
