SALARIES OF STATE ELECTIVE OFFICERS -- Amends existing law to revise the salaries of state elective officers.

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES -- Amends existing law to provide that the organizer of a limited liability company may use the street and mailing addresses of a company's commercial registered agent in certain circumstances.

DIVISION OF OCCUPATONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSES -- Adds to existing law to require a temporary moratorium on rulemaking and fees and to provide for the migration of certain administrative rules into statute.

FORCIBLE ENTRY AND UNLAWFUL DETAINER -- Amends existing law to revise a provision regarding a fee for service.

HOUSE RULES -- States findings of the House of Representatives and repeals and replaces House Rule 45 to provide for an Ethics and House Policy Committee and amends House Rule 26 to remove a provision.

SOLID WASTE -- Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding solid waste disposal contracts in counties.

HAZARDOUS WASTE -- Amends and adds to existing law to provide for hazardous waste management.

INSURANCE -- Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding notice of lapse or termination of individual life insurance.

DEPARTMENT OF LANDS -- Repeals existing law to remove outdated or unnecessary provisions.

PUBLIC BENEFITS -- Amends existing law to provide that verification of lawful presence is not required to apply for or receive crime victims compensation.

UNIFORM MEDIATION ACT -- Amends existing law to remove a provision regarding what a mediator may disclose.

COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAID MANAGED CARE -- States findings of the Legislature and directs the Medicaid Review Panel to study the implementation of comprehensive Medicaid managed care.

UNIFORM CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES -- Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding controlled substances.

MINORS -- Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding material harmful to minors.

TAXATION -- Amends and adds to existing law to revise provisions regarding the taxation of partnership income.

SUGAR BEETS -- States findings of the Legislature and supports domestic production and supply of sugar beets.

MOTOR VEHICLES -- Repeals and adds to existing law to provide for prohibited acts and penalties regarding air bags and air bag systems.

MILK TESTING -- Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding milk and cream testing methods.

DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY -- Amends and repeals existing law to remove reference to outdated or unnecessary provisions.

RURAL HEALTH TRANSFORMATION FUNDS -- States findings of the Legislature and calls on the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee and the State Treasurer to return rural health transformation funds to the United States Treasury.

STATE LAND -- Adds to existing law to provide for managed recreation opportunities on state endowment lands.

EDUCATION -- Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to revise provisions regarding the Idaho Digital Learning Academy.

CAPITOL MALL -- Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding camping and to revise a provision regarding disposition of property.

STATE TRUST FOR OUTDOOR RECREATION ENHANCEMENT ACT -- Amends and repeals existing law to remove outdated or unnecessary provisions.

TRANSPORTATION -- Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding apportionment of the Highway Distribution Account, to remove a limitation regarding revenues received from fuel taxes, and to revise a provision regarding the distribution of the tax on special fuels.
