To extend the deadline for a conveyance of a parcel of state land to the town of Hamden by one year.

To name the Connecticut National Guard Readiness Center in Putnam in honor of former Governor John Dempsey.

An Act Concerning The State's Bottle Bill.

To (1) require the development of a product stewardship program for beverage containers sold in the state, (2) examine the legal implications of requiring state-specific labeling for beverage containers sold in the state, (3) establish a timeline for the picking up of beverage containers by distributors, (4) prohibit transshipment of beverage containers, (5) require the acceptance of certain processed beverage containers by distributors, (6) make permanent certain escheat distributions from beverage containers, and (7) prohibit the act of short bagging by redemption centers.

An Act Concerning The Hourly Compensation For Adjunct Fire Instructors.

To require the hourly compensation for adjunct fire instructors to be adjusted at the same percentage rate as any general wage increase and cost-of-living adjustment included within the most recently ratified agreement between the state and the State Employees Bargaining Agent Coalition.

To establish the crime of digital forgery.

An Act Concerning Resource Recovery Facilities In The State.

To enable the Bristol Resource Recovery Facility to not pay certain fees to the Department of Revenue Services for a five-year period.

To identify resources for persons needing to place their companion animal in another person's care due to a domestic violence situation and to clarify the authority of the State Veterinarian to combat disease among companion animals and establish a working group to study ways to improve the funding of the animal population control program.

To convey a parcel of state land to the town of Woodbury for purposes of a commemorative memorial green.

An Act Amending A Conveyance Of A Parcel Of State Land In The City Of Middletown.

To amend a prior conveyance of state land in the city of Middletown to clarify what use of the parcel is required and require the Shiloh Baptist Community Development Corporation to repay any mortgage granted on said parcel in case of its reversion to the state.

To require the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to institute the use of modern technology and methodologies for the reporting of pesticide applications in the state and enable ready knowledge of where pesticides are being used, what pesticides are being used and the quantities of pesticides that are being used.

To make a technical correction to the definition of "sexually violent offense" and modify provisions concerning verification of a registrant's address and other information and associated penalties for failure to do so.

An Act Implementing The Recommendations Of The Auditors Of Public Accounts.

To implement the recommendations of the Auditors of Public Accounts submitted in their most recent annual report, including to require Governor or Attorney General approval for additional agreements with state employees over a certain amount, require agreements with foundations to provide when foundations will reimburse the expenses, salaries and benefits of state employees providing services for the foundation, remove the Comptroller from the Treasurer's audit, remove the State Contracting Standard Board's ability to request the auditors to conduct its audits, modify provisions concerning state agency contracts and agreements for auditing services, add a time frame for quasi-public agency annual reports to the auditors and provide that the annual comprehensive financial review of the Technical Services Revolving Fund is performed as part of the audit of the State Comptroller's annual comprehensive financial report.
