AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4; Title 49; Title 63 and Title 68, relative to health care.

As enacted, enacts the "Tennessee Physician Workforce Information Act." - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 49; Title 63 and Title 68.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 9-21-133 and Title 9, Chapter 21, Part 4, relative to local government debt.

As enacted, redefines "local government" to include a water, wastewater, or energy authority for purposes of the present law applicable to bonds and notes issued by local governments; makes other related revisions. - Amends TCA Section 9-21-133 and Title 9, Chapter 21, Part 4.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 49, relative to the school grading system.

As enacted, prohibits the department of education from excluding from the calculation of a school letter grade the data of any group of students within a school if the department collects, aggregates, and reports the data, and if the group of students has at least 20 valid test scores in math or English language arts for at least one grade band; and data for the college and career readiness indicator if the school has at least 20 students in a graduating cohort. - Amends TCA Title 49.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 43, Chapter 1, Part 6, relative to the agricultural hall of fame.

As enacted, creates the Tennessee agriculture and forestry hall of fame as the successor to, and a continuation of, the Tennessee agricultural hall of fame; makes related changes. - Amends TCA Title 43, Chapter 1, Part 6.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 4, Chapter 3, relative to the department of financial institutions.

As enacted, extends the department of financial institutions to June 30, 2029. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 4, Chapter 3.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39, relative to racketeering activity.

As enacted, expands the definition of "racketeering activity" to include committing, conspiring to commit, aiding, attempting to aid, soliciting, coercing, facilitating, or intimidating another person to commit the criminal offense of animal fighting. - Amends TCA Title 39.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 158 of the Private Acts of 1961; and any acts amendatory thereto, relative to the Henry County nursing home.

Subject to local approval, repeals an obsolete private act regarding the acquisition and operation of a nursing home. - Repeals Chapter 158 of the Private Acts of 1961.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 8; Title 53; Title 56; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71, relative to the use of drugs for the treatment of pain.

As enacted, authorizes an insurer, for purposes of group insurance plans offered to state employees, to adopt or amend a state preferred drug list (PDL); requires the insurer to ensure that a non-opioid drug approved by the U.S. food and drug administration for the treatment or management of pain is not disadvantaged or discouraged with respect to coverage relative to an opioid or narcotic drug for the treatment or management of pain on the PDL. - Amends TCA Title 8; Title 53; Title 56; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 30 and Title 31, relative to estates.

As enacted, removes the cap on the amount of wages or other compensation owed a deceased employee at the time of the employee's death that an employer shall pay directly to the surviving spouse of the decedent or, if there is no surviving spouse, to the surviving children of the decedent as tenants in common. - Amends TCA Title 30 and Title 31.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 49, relative to discrimination in educational institutions.

As enacted, prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, or religion against a student or an employee in a public institution of education; requires public institutions of education to treat harassment or discrimination against students or employees, or resulting from institutional policies or programs on their campuses, motivated by or including antisemitic intent in an identical manner to discrimination motivated by race; requires Title VI coordinators to be designated to monitor antisemitic discrimination and harassment at K-12 schools and institutions of higher education. - Amends TCA Title 49.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 49, relative to pre-kindergarten enrollment.

As enacted, requires the department of education to establish enrollment deadlines for voluntary pre-kindergarten programs so that at-risk students who will be four years old by August 15 must be enrolled by the beginning of the school year and students who are four-year-olds who do not have a disability or who meet the qualifications for enrollment at three years of age must be enrolled by August 30. - Amends TCA Title 49.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 55 and Title 57, relative to the alcoholic beverage commission.

As enacted, requires a law enforcement agency to provide records related to an accident, the persons involved in such accident, and persons involved in providing or selling alcoholic beverages to persons involved in an accident upon receipt of a request for such records by the commission; makes related changes. - Amends TCA Title 55 and Title 57.

As enacted, enacts the "Debt Resolution Services Act." - Amends TCA Title 47, Chapter 18.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 55, relative to transportation.

As enacted, defines "fully enclosed" as having side panels, a roll bar or roof, and a windshield with regard to crash helmet requirements not applying to autocycles that are fully enclosed. - Amends TCA Title 55.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 43, relative to century farms.

As enacted, enacts the "Tennessee Century Farms Act" for the purpose of recognizing the historical significance of family farms that have been in continuous operation in this state for over 100 years and to highlight their contribution to agriculture in and the economy of this state. - Amends TCA Title 43.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 67, Chapter 7, Part 2, relative to mineral severance tax.

As enacted, increases, by 15 cents over a 10-year period, and subject to a two-thirds vote of the county legislative body, the maximum mineral severance tax rate that may be levied by a county on all sand, gravel, sandstone, chert, and limestone severed from the ground within its jurisdiction; removes the authorization for Smith County to allocate its mineral severance tax to the county general fund or a fund other than its county road fund. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 7, Part 2.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 158 of the Private Acts of 1961; and any acts amendatory thereto, relative to the Henry County nursing home.

AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 37; Title 39 and Title 55, Chapter 10, Part 7, relative to juvenile offenders.

As enacted, requires suspension of a minor's driving privileges or ability to obtain a driver license for a period of one year as part of the disposition if a minor is adjudicated delinquent for an act that would constitute the offense of harassment by bullying or cyber-bullying. - Amends TCA Title 37; Title 39 and Title 55, Chapter 10, Part 7.
