Tennessee SB0206 amends state law to require hunters of big game, excluding turkeys, to wear outer garments in daylight fluorescent orange or pink during gun hunts. These garments must cover both the upper body and head, totaling at least 500 square inches and visible from both the front and back. The bill also removes a subsection from Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 70-4-124(b). The changes take effect on July 1, 2025.
