HB0927 amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 56, to exempt excepted benefits from coverage requirements for specific persons, providers, treatments, services, conditions, or diseases unless explicitly required by law. This act takes effect July 1, 2025, and applies to insurance policies or contracts entered into, issued, delivered, amended, or renewed on or after that date.
